Great fun office to work in with a great team around you. Lots of training and support with an internal promotion culture - Rarely saw external hires for management roles which I really like. The people who advance within the business are very good at what they do and the service they provide

Rife with nepotism
incompetent management who are out of touch with current trends
No room for a career
If you think of it only as a 9-5 job paying barely average wages with no aspirations what so ever, you'll be fine.
At one point management wanted staff to start work 30 minutes earlier everyday as part of "training" which they weren't going to pay you for. Even amended contracts which everyone had to sign to make this actually legal to do.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Managers only care about bottom dollar not their staff members. They treat their drivers like dirt

Dealing with managers and incompetent customers

Not very good on the verge of toxic

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long hours and not very much support

I have enjoyed my time so far in Appliance Online getting to know the culture alot more and also meeting so many different and amazing people in the industry as well. I have learned so much in the space of less than 4 weeks and still gathering more information each day with the help of great workers and helpful team leaders as well. Appliance Online is the way to go!!

Having been here for 3 years I have found the teamwork amazing. 
Most days it does not feel like work as there is a great atmosphere with 60 plus people. 
The training I have received since I have worked here has been fantastic and the morning training sessions help so much.

its total opposite working in the Head office (Waterloo) 
it’s like survival mode either you play nice to the management Or just be prepared to be treated like a number there’s no pay rise HR is useless there on the business side its a toxic Environment to work for

The company allows employee to learn and develop , lots of space for training and easily can be promoted to higher position if you prove your self .Relaxed work place culture , management encourage everyone to put in ideas. I enjoyed my time working there 

They sell you on 0 bully and harassment and how you will be accepted for your differences but then protect the bully and fire you. Never report bullying if u want your job.

They are rude, unorganized, child like attitudes and protect bullies and cover it up despite evidence of the fact.

Workplace culture and management is amazing, highly recommend it. The company has many work values and family is one of them, as long as you are honest and carry yourself with integrity you should fit right in :) 

AOL taught me a lot in terms of selling but there was a lot of competition. Good place if you can navigate the Culture as many of my friends still work here and enjoy what they do
