I specialize in corporate administration, reception and credit control with a solid track record of meeting strict KPI's and business targets. I have worked in multiple national and international organizations across South Africa and Australia with big brands that include but not limited to AON risk services who specialize in risk management and insurance for multimillion dollar companies worldwide, and ABSA first national bank, the biggest and most successful banking organization in South Africa.

My day to day activities included, managing junior administration and reception staff and providing training and improvement plans to ensure best quality and a high level of customer care, coordinating all flight, accommodation requirements for national and international clients, preparing corporate functions and event for business meetings and seminars, coordinate and manage credit control requirements in accordance with company SLA's, effectively contributing to organizational development by implementing financial systems to track and monitor credit, coordinate and processes all accounts receivable and accounts payable, dispute resolution, ensuring compliance and best practice.

Working at this company has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Enjoyed the variety of work although the company somewhat  lags in the corporate world. 

Workplace culture is a mixed bag but some fantastic friendships made.

Needs more dynamic leaders/managers who have a vision, especially in middle management. Unfortunately, some decision are governed by global head office. It required you to be more pro-active if you wanted advancement in your career.

Working at Aon was wonderful. I was part of a team where everyone supported each other, and where I learned a great deal about insurance and risk management. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was the people I worked with, and the workplace culture I got to enjoy.

At Aon, there is no typical day, as your demands and priorities are dictated by your clients. The only thing that is sure is that you will learn a great deal working there.

I love working for Aon; friendly staff, lots of work, challenges and always opportunities to grow and learn.

After work on Fridays most people go out together for dinner and drinks, the business has a lot of staff functions.

Hardest part of the job is to juggle multiple things at once as it sometimes can get a but busy, but it's a wonderful place to work.

The company is very good and very serious and I really like it all. I am very glad that at one point made the right decision and decided to join. After that my life was just perfect I got a good role,good salary and most importantly I do TM which I love to do!

Great people, but my department was very understaffed. Management had high expectations for very few workers, quite top heavy environment with no expectations of a raise or promotion. 

This is where my IT career started, it was a great place to learn with highly skilled IT staff already in place ready to share their knowledge.
I was lucky enough to be involved in some large projects while at this company and given unique opportunities to advance my career.

Target and fast pace working environment, with client service and outcome being the main focus. If i was a commercial client I would look to AON for their expertise.
