I am SO lucky that I found AmazingCo. As an Experience Launcher, I have the flexibility to create my own hours and work from the comfort of my own home (or anywhere)...all while exploring my city with a cool new lens.

AmazingCo's mission is to bring people together with fun and innovative experiences, and that mission also pervades the work environment. Everyone at AmazingCo - including the CEO, who I have had personal contact with - actually cares about how their employees are doing, cares about our work/life balance, and listens to our concerns and ideas. The communication among the entire company, regardless of the fact that it spans multiple continents, is fantastic. They manage to make me feel like part of the AmazingCo family even though I'm far away. More importantly, the communication between my managers and me is consistent, and I always feel supported when I need help or have ideas/thoughts/concerns. Of course having upper management so far away can be challenging at times because of the large time difference, but we've always been able to communicate and work things out to make sure things run smoother in the future. I love working here!

A typical day at work includes check ins with my manager about the goals or wins of the day/week. We brainstorm and it creates a really open environment to ask questions and also be really honest about your experience and where you need help planning along the way. The culture and the staff are incredible with their best intentions put forth always, for client and employee alike. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to provide customers with an authentic and well-thought out day or event for them to better connect with loved ones.

I don’t know where to begin to explain how satisfied I am with accepting to take a position with this company, this is a quickly growing business that provides extremely amazing opportunities. Much opportunity to quickly grow in the company and so much home work life balance its unreal, the position is vey flexible, supportive and FUN! its my dream job come true!

+The job is "Amazing" taking groups on tours to the various winery areas. You meet a great variety of people and get to know the winery areas quite well. Some groups, though, can be boisterous.  The management failed badly last year in not having the right tour accreditations, so trips are now less than 11 passengers, which has limited tour opportunities. Most tours are on weekends.

AmazingCo is a fantastic place to work. It's a fast-paced environment where something new is happening all the time. Everyone is fun and inclusive, with plenty of social events and more importantly everyone is incredibly supportive of each other.
All ideas are welcomed and there are loads of opportunities to grow and to make your role your own.

I’ve worked here for over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with AmazingCo so far. The culture is brilliant with monthly team building activities. Career progession is fast and the managers are very transparent. Plenty of mentorship and guidance given out and equal opportunities for both women and men.
