As a new RN I have found Altaira to be great! Excellent pay especially with weekend work. The only downsides so far are: buddy shift was promised, however never responded to when I asked them to organise it & 2. shifts can be cancelled anytime with no payment, however, I have always picked up a shift elsewhere in saying that. This is my first nursing job and honestly I am very happy. Thank you 

Altaira management was ok but no guarantee for more work specifically weekends and public holidays, just you can wait for shift call it’s very hard. Permanent job is better then agency because your daily routine running well and you can make plans. But with agency you can just wait for call and no security.

It's the best company, very supportive to staff, I love their app because you can choose your shift and you are even able to see how far you going, it has amazing staffs and management is very supportive. 

I am very Thankful to altaira for giving me the chance to prove myself in hospitality in aged care. I learn lots of things while working in aged care through Altaira Nursing Services.

I can say they are a very great organisation that provides job for staff. Just that they are job agency but I love them. And again the pay was very a little bit lower. 

Al Taira nursing agency is a good place to work the management personals are friendly and helpful the places they sent us usualy good and have friendly environment, co-workers are friendly also.
So I love working here.

Management is very cooperative and responsive. Very polite and humble. Workplace culture is  best. Invite for get togethers. And always like to have a little chats with employee. 

I have good experience with this company, it has flexibility, good system to check jobs and each way to put availability, good orientation and friendly management to speak if we have any problem.

Beginners with no experience are welcomed, whereas other agencies prefer experienced workers.  But they don't have enough shifts available. So good so far.
