There's no such thing as a typical day at work in this industry. You'll always get someone in with a problem that you haven't heard before, and in this job specifically, you learn that every customer is completely unique and they all have such vast needs to be met. A lot of them are also very hard to please when it comes to 'doing deals'. The hardest part of the job is getting a sale out of someone and trying to fix a problem with a phone that I don't know how to fix. The co-workers are great, I get along well with all of them (even though there's only two other co-workers). Management is fine, and I feel like I've learned lots, and also not enough. I've learnt a lot about phone plans and prepaid, a little about mobile broadband and a lot about the handsets themselves. When it comes to reciting all these details to customers however, I find I always get stuck. I don't feel confident in my abilities yet, especially when I'm at a store on my own (I work at multiple stores). I don't like the pressure of having to meet targets when you never know when it is going to be a busy day or a quiet day.

Allphones was my partime job in Darwin Australia,i work 3 to 5 hours only when i am free in school,its easy for me to sell the phones compare to condominium or house and lot.i have a sale everyday not more then two phones .I learned on how to speak different races people,but because i love my job its not hard for me to deliver,About the management i dont know what theyre thinking all i know was i love what im doing,i need to work at that time thats why i give my very best for them for me to be proud of.The hardest part sometimes i dont undertands what they looking what kind ot unit,sometimesi dont understnd theyre language but later on i can manage on how to communicate and understand with them.
The happiest part was you're salary was dollar and paid  per hour,my most unforgettable experience of my life working at Allphones.

i was casually employed but expected to work hours of a full timer.  I was unaware until i spoke to an ombudsman that i was being under payed and wasnt given a payslip login. I was given an ultimatum to choose work over uni by a manager.  Training under company was quite good. one manager in particular was outstanding at sales training.  when management changed to franchise i was put on as parttime.  i was used for a month and then fired.  I had no training under them or even contact. i would be put on a full day shift alone in a busy store and expected to produce results of a team of people.

Fun place to work, and get experience to improve ourself knowledge. But the organisation itself is poorly managed. 

No idea if they even have an HR csuse every issues we had, we only and have to talk to just the area manager.

And up until now the 13 of July 2016 , I haven't received my payment summary Payg. I tried to contact them and seems like they have not communicated well between manager, HR (which apparently they have it) and payroll.

Im no longer working there because the area mamager forced me to leave the company as I gave a really short notice to went back to Indonesia for 19 days because my mom in law in a bad shape having a ling cancer.

All phones is a great company to work for. They offer great support and training with opportunity to advance with the company.
My position is sales focused and this is where i have received the most effective sales training through my management and our online modules which are updated quite frequently.
The hardest part of my job is when i am working on my own and we get busy. As i can spend up to an hour with one customer, the skill of multi -tasking needs to be perfected to keep all customers happy.

Normal day at work would start off with opening the store and getting everything ready including systems on the computer and money that needs to be taken to bank.

The management that the store was good a really easy person to get alone with.

The hardest part of the job would be dealing with customer complaints and trying to always do your best for what the customer is after.

The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing when all the new phones are out and what's new about them.

A day a salesperson in Allphones is to attract people to different mobile phone solutions to suit any individual or group. Selling solutions takes confidence and enthusiasm to stand out. The hardest part about this job was that only allowed for 2 staff members to work at quite a small store, but this would be the most enjoyable as it meant more control on how the store performed.

Normally work on the weekends, deal with a lot of different people each day and satisify their needs. Learn to work in a team and as a individual as well. Need to have a good understanding of each products, paper work and have a good communication skills. need to manage time properly in bussy hours.

Management has no clear direction in how to improve the company. Salary is the lowest among competitors. No job security and advancement as the company seems to be struggling. Horrible work culture, always been asked to do things that are irrelevant and does not help operations.
