Working here provided valuable exposure to fast-paced coordination. I was fortunate to work with some supportive colleagues, but overall, the environment lacked growth opportunities, trust, and support for wellbeing. 

Career progression was stagnant, with long-term staff often staying in the same roles for years without meaningful development. 

Trust between management and employees also felt lacking- being required to stay on a video call with the camera on all day felt more like surveillance than collaboration.

The shift structure sometimes left teams short-staffed, leading to burnout. The focus was heavily on quantity over quality, making it difficult to feel genuinely supported or recognized. 

With better investment in staff development and a healthier work culture, it could be a much more positive place to build a career.

Working at Alliance Australia has been such a great experience. I love being part of a company that’s all about making a real difference in the community. It feels good knowing we help people in need, whether it’s supporting nurses or other workers to find meaningful jobs. The team is super enthusiastic, and there's this shared energy where everyone genuinely cares about the impact we're making. The company’s purpose – helping people live their best lives – really comes through in everything we do. 

I have worked for Alliance Nursing for nearly 6 years and have enjoyed every part of my job. There are always opportunities to Pursue New Skills and learn different parts of the business.  It's great being able to connect with people in different fields of Alliance Nursing and work together as a team.  I have formed close friendships with all my team. A great work/family life balance. I look forward to my future years working for Alliance Nursing.

They only care about taking peoples money. Poor company outlook. Full of drama and toxic environment. I don’t recommend it. They are not upfront and not transparent. Very narrow vision. High turnover. This company is not about doing the job properly. They will keep incompetent people as long as they pretend to be friends with management. Managers are inexperienced and so not know how to lead. I don’t recommend it.

The most enjoyable parts of the job are:
Providing assistance to Aged Care Facilities to care for our elderly citizens.
And providing hundreds of employment opportunities to everyday people to help support their families.


I really like working with Alliance. I got through the recruitment process quickly as I had all my checks and documents ready for uploading to their system. Since being made active I am getting lots of shifts both, accepting from phone calls and through the app. Team are all friendly and they have refer a friend bonuses! 

Great place to work, especially if you want to go and travel. You work all the hours you want then go travel and then come back and do it again! Also really great you can work in nearly every state as your profile can be transferred over. They also hold social events, great to meet the team fact to face and other nurses in the area.
Loving it!!!! 

Alliance Nursing provides flexibiliy and choice, whilst offering a personable friendly service. 

Great rates of pay and work perks, the team are always willing to support finding me the shifts I like to work when I like to work.
