working with team,  have fun with some events

working with managers which they had very old fashion culture, micro managing, blaming, bullying 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
very old fashion, not updated, they do not want to change themselves at all.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
so exhausted and stressful an working till 6i:30 and nothing will be paid for over hours and there is not sense of appreciation

My daily duties included the management of a business unit within a larger enterprise.
This encompassed a greed field approach towards establishing a business plan to develop the brand both nationally and to neighboring island countries.

a typical days work depended on the orders and litres than needed to be picked.
start 8 am do morning orders pick and tint paint have smoko 
do larger orders pick more orders go home and start the next day
simular repetitive type of wok. hardest part was urgent jobs with the customer waiting.

The hardest part of my job with Akzo Nobel was to communicate with customers over the counter in resolving issues that might give a bad reputation to the company and to give customer satisfaction is the paramount for any business.

Most Lab staff/factory workers are treated horrible. The only people who a happy at this place are the managers/senior staff. The smell is sickening and the noise in some parts of the factory is horrendous.

What a lovely bunch of colleagues. even the warehouse manager is such a lovely young man, so friendly and helpful, each to their own working quietly :) lovely office space as well.

Constant micromanagement, no communication, horrible remuneration, toxic atmosphere. Ridiculous KPIs that are impossible to be met. All management possess the no excuse mentality.

Good Safety first culture, advanced technology, good facilities, very responsible work and community aware culture
