What is the best part of working at the company?
Average Pay. Flexibility if you are salary. EBA not so flexible. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management certainly know how to talk the talk and that’s about it. No job security, constantly either restructuring or negotiating contracts. Nightmare!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Double standards, bullying & nepotism. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Each day going to work is like walking into an environment where you feel like you’re not welcome by the customer which is the ADF

The business is great for being a family orientated business, hardworking but great teamwork and support from management and other departments as well. You don't feel alone and you are provided with the support to keep yourself motivated and achieve your own goals. 

You do get complimented for your own work in some way or form and the rewards are worth it. The hardest part about the job though is trying to avoid conflict of interest and sometimes not meeting the KPI demands.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great company to work for, family orientated, 9 day roster with half day every other friday. Full training provided with on going training if you choose to part take. Great management support and guidence. Will miss the people the most. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Must pay attention to detail, vital.

This position is a newly appointed one which is pioneering company procedures in terms of delivering technical competencies, as expected, there are challenges in smoothing out fine details, however, overall this is a rewarding position.

interesting work and lot of learning for me

going to work everyday as couldn't work from home

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
good and friendly. People are nice and helping.

I enjoyed my time at Airbus Group. I started on the hanger floor an Aircraft Technician (Mechanical), then later moved into a training position as the Training Coordinator.
Made redundant due to the retirement of the aircraft type from service.

Committed experts work here, ensuring that complex systems work optimally in integrated fashion. Product development, addressing technical challenges are part of daily operations

Airbus clients were very friendly to work with although from a security point of view they needed constant reminding to keep the site secure,(eg) ensuring gate was secured when leaving site. I was contracted by another company so didn't have a lot to with the Airbus side of things.

While the work is not hard and pay is good, there is little advancement opportunities.
Management (and other) positions are already decided well in advance and if you don't have someone above you looking out for you, you won't advance.

I was treated as if I were a normal employee at the company and quickly got to know people. I was given a badge, introduced to the people in the workplace and got straight into the work, wasting no time.
