There was never a typical day in this role as many different challenges would appear each day. This made the role very interesting and challenging in terms of the many aspects of production, maintenance, quality and customer interaction.

The hardest part of this job was managing to achieve production levels consistently and with excellent quality during the peak season of production that usually ran for 4 months of the year. Although the rest of the year was busy our clients always loaded the factory with huge new orders on the run it to Christmas.
The most enjoyable parts of this job was receiving regular recognition and appreciation for the achievements made and continually maintaining very high quality levels which were internationally audited  and rated

If you have good customer ethics and like to be helpful and caring,don’t work here Making themselves look good to their clients is the only thing they are interested in
Was laid off because I was spending too much time with the patients and so taking too long to do the run
To quote a phrase from the operations manager “just get out of there asap If they have a query,get them to ring the call centre”
Do yourself a favour,commit a crime and go on the run,you’ll do more for the community that way Also,you can wear a balaclava and keep your identity disclosed,whereas these jokers do it everyday without disguise

Unless you are one of the 'chosen few' or hold a university degree you will never progress within this top heavy company. I have never seen a more badly organised company in my life. They can't make up their mind which direction things should go and are very quick to finger point and blame those under them when things go wrong. They will bend over backwards and promise you the world until they hire you and then it's too late, you just become another number and they stop listening.

*  I learned very good skills in constructing a Cryogenic Air   
   Separation Plant

   Project was completed
*  Most enjoyable part of the job was being able to build this 
   incredible plant from start to finish.

They care about your work and will try grow you where possible. To encourage the provision of communal shared infrastructure and joint solutions, including but not limited to drainage, car parking, pedestrian and road access, power and telecommunications.
To encourage the consolidation of lots to maximise development flexibility and efficiency.
To consider and respond to the impacts of overland flooding and site contamination.

I was left alone to run a clinic after 2 weeks in a boardroom.
Any time I asked for advice I was told to ring someone else.
The internet was always not working- connection down or bill not paid.
All support was promised but not given.
Clinic was filthy when I arrived and I was expected to raise the standards while training myself.
Always double booked with appointments so customer service was not good

This project was doomed from the get go. This company do not understand construction in Australia. Australia have AS/NZ standards and safety regs, not like working in third world countries. When we have a schedule of rates contractor, we need to stay on top of them and not allow them to steel time and hours

Very head centric company. Very stale attitude towards growth. It always amazed me that the business continued m asking the same mistakes year a fter year and never ch a need.

Excellent always enjoyed going to work, everyday new challenges may come to light.  Have never had any issues with management  and have many friendships with co-workers have never felt that anything was too hard with the job.  A very friendly environment.

I have have learned a lot during my time at Air Liquide.
Unfortunately my role has been made redundant and I have been retrenched from the company.
I am a quick learner who has an ethical outlook. I am able to empathize with colleagues and clients.
