Load and unload Couriers (Trucks of various sizes, Vans, Utes) with Various Freight and restrain these loads, Wrap and prepare airfreight with con notes and appropriate supporting documentation, load consolidation containers with various suppliers freight/ugly freight and restrain safely, check LPG bottles for quantity and report to supervisor, operating High Rise Reach Forklift into pallet racking for dispatch preparation

I learned load restraint, DG handling/storage/transport, RAC driver training, and gained more experience with ugly freight. 

Management were good, if we had a issue and wanted to talk about it we could come down and chat with them. 

Some of the co-workers were not the best, but we get them in all facets of life

Hardest part of the job was when a JHA or SOP was changed and we had to adjust our time frame or methodology to suit. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing a job was done efficiently, safely and I could walk out at 5pm knowing a good days work was over

It was one of the best bunch of people that I had the pleasure of working with. A lot of diverse characters but we all seemed to gel really well together. The culture and the safety aspect of the job was outstanding. Everyone really looked out for each other. We would start our day with a hand over by day shift and then go into our Pre- start meeting. Then everyone would go to their individual pre-start locations and get on with the night shift work load. For a shift that worked a 10hr rolling roster seven days a week it was a place of enjoyment and lots of laughs. It truly came down to those wonderful people that worked together on the night shift crew.

Agility can be high paced type of work, so you can expect to work under very high pressure at times.
Mostly I've learned working in the inventory of the ALFA department (airline) Organizing, Rotation, Timing.
Management is pretty much " look for your on solutions, Bring solutions Not problems" I would place it under the X theory (Douglas McGregor kind of management theory).
Hardest Jobs: Complete 7 flat racks in one day, Load them , Secure them, finish paperwork by myself. Unload 14,  40 Foot containers each containing 40 double stack Baramundy feed weighing 1k each 560 bags in total) Palletising them categorizing them and loading them on a truck in three days. Task done by my person and a casual.

A typical day would be a prestart of staff and the days plans checking all safety with staff and machinery.
Unloading of trucks and loading of trucks processing of all containers keeping them clean and ready for sending for quarantine.
Talking to customers filling their orders and keeping on track with all paper work 
Dealing with trucks unloading and loading.

The work place was on timely basis depending on rotating shifts.
process work, packing items ans scanning were the duties involved.
I learned about accuracy in stock and managing time schedule.
The management had lest involvement with us, as we were on casual/part time basis.
The hardest part of job was lifting heavy item and boxes. 
we had plenty of breaks and could spent time eating and talking to our colleagues.

Agility Project Logistics was a fantastic work place. From the top to bottom the focus was on building the safety culture to a point where it was a second nature to everyone, and at no point in time did it feel as if it was being told to you, you were a part of the team building a bigger and brighter future. My time in Agility was one of the best experiences.

Spotting for traffic in and around the yard. spotting for the 16 ton forklift and 45 ton reach stacker well it moves containers around the yard and loads and unloads trucks. Wash pad operator: washing of container assets for quarantine compliance, also on some days im  moved to the external lay down yards for spotter duties.

Was employed to break down silos within the business that created a poor culture. 
After 18 month this was achieved with the business achieving positive results across the 3 BU's
People was the best part 
selfish attitude was the worst.

- Good place to find job security.
- Long working hours including weekends.
- Less increment in salary.
- Limited growth opportunities.

poor office moral, systems need serious upgrades. 
communication between branches and team members is terrible. if you are planning to be successful in sales and make commission, they make it impossible in the perth branch with lack of operations.
