As a current employee with Aerocare I have had to opportunity to grow and develop in many different area's. I have been given the opportunity to prove myself and have been rewarded for my hard work and dedication.

Going to work each day with people you are lucky enough to respect, trust and call your friends is a rare find and something Aerocare offers in abundance.

Honestly one of the worst jobs I have worked, I have removed it from my resume. The working conditions are horrible, management are not qualified and treat you like you are below them. There were shifts I worked starting at 2:45am - 11:45am, next day off and the day after will be a 5:45pm-11:45pm shift. Terrible sleep and for your health. Because it's a budget company they try to save money anywhere, what you see in the media is true, it is not safe at all and often you have extremely fatigued workers working long hours to make an ordinary salary.

I LEARNED ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF WARMLY GREETING YOUR CUSTOMER AND MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER, SOLVING PROBLEMS AND MAKE SURE A SMILE WILL APPEAR WHEN THEY LEFT YOUR COUNTER.

I LEARNED ALOTS OF DIFFERENT THING FROMTHE CHECKIN COUNTERS TO THE RAMP ARREARS AND ALSO TO THE BOARDING LOUNGE.

THERE WAS NOTHING HARD ABOUT THIS JOB BECAUSE I LOVE IT, THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART IS SITTING TOGETHER WITH YOUR CO WORKERS AT THE CHECK IN COUNTERS AND SERVE CUSTOMERS.

The pay is terrible at the catering centre as a truck driver. There is another company that is also there called Carbridge. My advice to you is go with them. They are owned by Aerocare but pay a much higher hourly rate. You also get with Carbridge shift penalties which you do not get with Aerocare. People train with Aerocare and move on soon after after being trained. Good luck with getting paid properly for the hours you work its rarely correct.

I really haven't worked with any employers as poor as Aerocare. Rostering goes from above FTE hours to minimum hours from  pay period to pay period. Management are young, inexperienced, and largely inept. Workplace culture is incredibly poor - the safety trainer is a bully who frequently causes trouble amongst staff, and several of the supervisors are prone to treating staff preferentially and with bias against others.

Do not do it...Looks fantastic on paper but in reality the hours can be very poor EG:6 Shifts for 25 hours & $22 per hoir.
In this job with the H&S as well as security responsibility it is way underpaid.
The only benefits there are is free coffee & tea (when it is actually available)No cheap travel, or real perks.

The job itself is OK but do not leave a good long term employment position for this company, you will kick yourself.

Aerocare has been a good place to work and it's definitely top-notch when it comes to safety and training. If you are hard-working and energetic there are lots of opportunities to progress quickly with the company. Aerocare has grown pretty quickly in the last few years and they are innovative.

Terrible company to work for. Worked there for a bit over 2 years and would always have 3-4 staff short every shift. They run a extremely understaffed operation and you get worked to the bone. Not to mention the split shifts and horrible 3 hours shifts. You'll be at work for 12 hours and only get paid for 6 or 7. Do not apply, you will regret.

Management is awful. Lots of bullying, no care in any employees wellbeing.
Unfair career advancements, nasty management that won’t miss an opportunity to degrade staff. 
The only thing that makes the job worth while is meeting so many people on the floors and forming work friendships.
Most if not all staff are very unhappy and felt treated unfairly under management

Terrible pay and terrible shifts . No overtime even night or Saturday and Sundays. Don't send even your enemy here . Terrible supervisors, terrible management. Everybody under pressure so they are always in bad mood.
