After personally working at advanced promotions for over two years its easy to say that this company is excellent and exceeds expectations. 

Advanced promotions provides one of the most unique services for face to face marketing As well as providing great training for all sales reps.

A typical day would consist of heading to the office in the morning to meet with the other sales reps where the atmosphere is warm and everyone is welcomed, then heading out to the sales field with a small team which each include a leader.

Sales reps would be enrolled to a training program and each assigned a sales trainer.  training would commence every morming where sales representive would be taught in detail the skills that are needed at the very highest level.  Advanced promotions gives the oppertunity to every individual experianced or not, from around the world to come and develop their skills, whether they want to progress up the ranks or just develop their communication skills, everyone is very supportive of you ambitions. 

Working out on the field and putting in the effort and skills that you have been taught will provide results for certain. Leaders would maintain the teaching and progression of sales representives while sustaining a fun and positive environment. 

The progression structure provides a fantastic opportunity to young people who want to start build and develop a sales skills or teams with the support that is needed. managment positions are available and the criteria is realistic and archivable.

In the last 2 years of working at Advanced Promotions I have grown not only as a person but learnt the vital skills required to become a leader in the workplace 
the fact that you can wake up every morning and enter a workplace feeling welcomed and being apart of a team and a culture is a great feeling but the most valuable and most enjoyable part about this “job” is that’s its more then just a “job”it’s a opportunity an opportunity to take control of your future make great friends and to join a team focused on a common goal.

This job has changed me as a person! I am so much more confident and the team are all really great people. It’s like a big family!
You get paid well and they have heaps of cool rewards like crew nights and movie nights but you are expected to work hard. 
I’m a hard worker so I’m fine with that!
They teach you everything about sales skills which is cool you don’t need experience but if you are lazy you’re not going to have a good time.
You talk to people all day about a good cause so it’s pretty rewarding!

There's a lot of pressure and they're very fixated with numbers. They lack understanding and have very little interests in the clients, as in they're more focused on personal gain than the interests of the client/charities they're working for. Everyone has huge egos and rather questionable morals. If you're a moralistic person and. can't deal with egotistical people putting unrealistic expectations on you, this is not the job for you.

Unless you're making 2-3 sales a day, this job is not worth it at all. The base rate is $100 for 8-5:30, but most groups don't leave till after 6. You've gotta pay your own public transport to go all the way out to Liverpool and Blacktown, too. I never make it home before 8:30pm and then on payday I don't even make close to §1000. 
They train you well in your first week, but after that it's really not worth it.

Sales is sales. Its a good experience when you achieve your results.
Not a very good experience when you do not. as long as you have the COMMITMENT and take pride with being task driven, You will do well.

Had a lot of fun working there till I had to go back home. Culture was great, opportunities to travel and learnt a lot of skills in dealing with people.

This job is next to slavery definitions and it is all smoke and mirrors. The hours are gruelling, your boss is most likely richer than you and horrible and everyone who passes you hates you and avoids you.
