I worked with Adecco for 6 & 1/2 years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there and left with sorrow when the Company was required to make cutbacks in staff and spending.
My typical day was very varied, reception, administration, meeting and greeting, providing office support, coordinating meetings, training, functions and being the first point of contact for candidates and clients and visitors to the office, Client and candidate relationship building.  Everyday there would be something different to do, someone new to meet and new challenges to meet.
In my role with Adecco, I learnt new skills in lots of different areas, most of all account management client and candidate care and relationship building, communication and a passion for work excellence.  New software packages and above all I believe that I developed as a person, through the encouragement of management and colleagues.  My co-workers at Adecco were part of my family.  I enjoyed my role and really there was no hardest part, I enjoyed everyday.  Management were very supportive and very approachable and our HR Department were excellent with their incentives and their work/life balance. 

One of THE worst job experiences Ive ever had in my life. 
I got bullied on the job. I wear my big girl panties. But when they put you in front of a computer, and you are clueless even after the confusing training, yet have 'helpers' that refuse to help, and do not get reprimanded for it, and continue the behaviour over months, its like they want you to fail. Unless your a flirt. Then your in. Equal opportunity? No promiscuous and anti bully? Nope. They will try and sell you the anti discrimination or anti bully. But its a lie. Many of my team quit. Each week one or two would not return. Too Unsupportive. They would rather waste extra funds on re training new hires, than support people they already spent months on training to do the job they want to do properly. Its probably a scam. As most big corps now send off to place like this, and pay them to do it. They negotiate OUR wages. And then we get a PERCENT of it. Greedy corrupt corporation. Need to be investigated. They all do. Any of these labour hire places. Its all a money changing hands to line each others pockets, rather than do a job well.

Working for the company i was contracted too was great, but i bevame sick during my contract which required treatment, i haf three months treatment and had great support, until they changed project managers, they allowed me to shorten my hours before the new manager come in, once she started thing went from good to unacceptable, she wanted medical clearances, which i provided 4 of them stating i was medically fit between these hours and for the duties required, but they did not accept this, instead they wanted me to sign form to say they could talk to my doctors and specialists at any time. I was good at my job, and was bullied and harrassed so much i decided to resign. The morning i went in to resign, the project manager who had bullied me sent me an awgul text telling me to get off site immediately. I didnt get a chance to.say goodbye, and they did not pay me for the time i was there. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would like to express my tremendous dissatisfaction  with Adecco, particularly recruiting people to work and assist with CENSUS 2021. First they started advertising many roles and ran with phone and videos interviews, games, confirming referees, send many documents bla bla bla… It was so many processes  and it took more than 3 months to receive a offer contract to my email and when the contract was open they told me that the contract was terminated because  someone was on the phone with a recruiter and it took my position… Whaaaatttttt???? 
I cannot believe that a company like Adecco has a such huge responsibility tin organising this huge amount of people working with ABS, recruiting etc, but without having professionalism, commitment, communication and organisation. 
This is very disappointing and frustrating. It was a very wast of time applying for Census Jobs with them. 



Decent job with both pros and cons. The pay is slightly above minimum wage and overtime opportunities are available if you want extra hours. Most of my coworkers are friendly and the supervisor is fair with scheduling. Free parking and the location is convenient.
On the downside, the work can be physically demanding with a lot of heavy lifting, and the warehouse gets really hot in summer and cold in winter. Break room is pretty basic and sometimes the equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) needs maintenance which slows things down. Training was minimal - mostly had to learn on the job.
Overall it's an okay place to work if you don't mind physical labor. Benefits are average and the work is steady, but nothing exceptional that would make it stand out from other warehouse jobs.

We get stuck into the work, and before you know it it's lunch time. The work cuts out a lot of the time to be distracted or bored and the team's pretty cool as well. They're a bunch of hard workers.

  I learned how to do the work like counting, packing orders and helping others. The management or team leaders were pretty laid back and very helpful in the learning process. My co-workers were awesome and funny, always upbeat. Hardest part I would say would be the heat in the warehouse, which brings me to the best part. Every really hot day in the warehouse, the team leaders / supervisors would get everyone ice blocks which helped deal with the heat, but it just goes to show how helpful they were.

Working at Adecco provided many job opportunities at varies job locations. I had the chance to get involved with many skilled labourers and learn from a wide variety of different trades as a trades assistant.
The roles always slightly varied from site to site and depending who i worked with but it was always fun and learning on the job was always the best part about it.
Main duties would always include making sure tools, equipment and materials were always on site and ready for trades people to use. Directing traffic around and into the work site and loading and unloading trucks were always duties that were common as a trade assistant.

you always feel on edge to knowing your roster is the same they always change last minute and if you dont follow it they give you attitude,No respect ,Adecco management should be changed as no one knows what their doing very inexperienced staff,harrassing their workers  and munipulating them,very Rascist.Would never recommend anyone to work for adecco very bad experience,you work all day ane in the afternoon they just call you and tell you that your not required and that there is no work for you.Very Rude Management.Very Heavy  and hard work,Alot of favouritism and who you know not what you know working for adecco is like very unfair in every possible way

My work with Adecco was the same type of work performed by me at Hallis.  Adecco was the first employer since working at ANZ.  I really enjoyed my working time with Adecco but as they lost the contract with ANZ to Hallis, I then had to register with Hallis if I still wanted work with ANZ in this capacity.  
I found the agency work suited my lifestyle much better than if I was employed direct with ANZ due to my family commitments (young children at the time) and home location (near Beaudesert).  I enjoyed driving around to the various branches that lacked a teller for the day and I always felt wanted and appreciated by the staff.  
The hardest part of the job with Adecco was sometimes the travelling.
