Not coming from a print background was the hardest part of my job as I worked out of a satellite office and therefore was not at the manufacturing plants. In saying that, I learn't so much from my team in regards to print, management styles, account management and production management. 

I enjoyed all the client interactions and seeing their ideas come to life. Working with the clients to create and manufacture their point of sale elements and actually seeing them implemented in stores was the most rewarding feature.

The culture within our office was great, with various different personalities and everyone always willing to help each other out for the greater team and company success. We would go on team lunches monthly or do a team building event regularly step outside work.

Generally OK to work at but the typical problems in manufacturing exist. The new CEO is taking the company in the right direction. Pay rates are only award based and advancement opportunities are virtually non-existent.

Active Display being my first job in Melbourne was a great experience as this job was full on with speed and how we needed orders to be out at a specific time pushed me to work faster and harder now that any job that gets handed to me i i can DO!!!

Very unorganized bosses don't acknowledge your expected to know everything from day one slack on whs and  insufficent pay,have their favorites who can do what they want.

working at active display has taught me a lot. i got to meet alot of talented people who gave me good advice and helped me gain experiences that was helpful for me in future careers.

Enjoyable place to work at.i should never have left .plenty of over time if you wanted it.flexable hours and able to take your annual leave when you want to

My role was challenging and interesting,
