Accuro is a very easy going understanding and caring company to work for. The work life balance is extremely valuable and allows you to work around your own availability. The team are helpful understanding and assisting, to your needs. There is plenty of training available and your work days are never the same. You get to meet and care for a diverse community and its a rewarding feeling knowing you've made a positive difference to a persons day. You may have to travel a little distance from home, but generally, you are paid a decent monetary amount to do so.

Always keeping busy, clients are with  you at all times learning, achieving daily tasks, goals, problem solving and achieving at times what they didn't think they could do. Office staff always appear to have the time for you when you go into the office, great training to be obtained as you can't get enough in this field. I enjoy my job very much as I always ask every client every day did they enjoy their day and if not how could I have improved it. Remember if you can't have a laugh with your client your in the wrong job.

Accuro homecare is the best, by far, company I have worked for in community care. I receive ongoing in house and formal training, a perks app where I get awesome discounts, the office staff are amazing and supportive. I just don’t understand the negative reviews here, my experience with Accuro, compared to the 2 other homecare jobs that I had is that they are simply the best! Go Accuro!

In my few years working with Accuro Homecare I always felt welcome and appreciated by both company and clients. This company is compassionate and an essential asset to the community.  I would recommend them to anyone.

5 of the core office group have left the company within a short period due to stress, incompetent management and inexperience of the management team. This should give an indication of what it is like working at Accuro Homecare. For support workers the salary is low and expectations high, lots of travel, small shifts. 

Always willing to work with you and support you out in the field.
They have a very organised approach but are always up for a chat when you pop into the office. They will take the time to get to know you and not treat you like a number.

I have worked for several organisations over the years and Accuro Homecare has definitely been the most rewarding. I go home each day feeling like I have made a difference in someones life. I would recommend working for this company if you are looking for a long-term, satisfying role in the Homecare Industry.

Accuro Homecare is a fun place to work. I work in the administration department and have constant contact with all careworkers who are very dedicated professionals.

I have worked for this organisation for many years now and have found them to be outstanding, understanding of their employees and clients and they just improve work pay and conditions ongoing. Not sure about the bad reviews, seems to me some people want everything for nothing!

Poor communication about high risk clients, communicable diseases being present within homes, overall job requirements. Adequate staffing for more demanding
