Access Industries

Access Industries is a registered charitable organization that provides employment services for people with disabilities. It is a supportive and professional workplace that creates opportunities for people with disabilities achieve economic and community participation through meaningful employment. Access also employs skilled Training Officers and Welfare Officers to provide or organize any additional training and help that may be required.

Company has a relaxed view towards standards and compliance, whilst they wish to appear compliant they have no desire to actually be compliant and will go to lengths to improve appearances without substance, they ignore experts in fields when it comes to implementing HACCP and WHS policies, when shortcuts started to impact safety was a line too far for me.

Clock on do work go home......

People are friendly to work with and are able to assist those who are having difficulties inside the work place. I have learnt how to handle disgruntled customers more effectively and efficiently.

Great time learning to work and form rapport with disabled people 
always have admired their strength but admire these values so much more now Great experience lovely people

nice people, good place to work.,learned lots of new thing which never knew before. but no work assurance or stability,..cannot rely on it for whole period of work. can't say till when you are working there.

Hard to believe this is a disability service. Culture is negative. Enjoyed working around disabled people but management is false and condescending. Pay is very low. Work is repetitive.

Good place to work people are good to work with management  are ok but they don't fix problems that well overall  it is an ok place to work if  management   had better people skills  and they listen to there workers better

Employees are very helpful and they teach us in very polite manner. Having own transportation to work would be beneficial because sometimes there is no public transport.

Good hours learn to work as s team    learn to pack different products stack pallets lwarn about the products and the company
