management: bad for the senior leadership team lack of communication, no unity and internal fighting between one another

workplace culture: average no HR, a lot of misleading information, nepotism

the hardest part of the job: no proper recognition, senior took credits when they did not solve the issue or involve in the issue. Mistreatment on working hard employees and giving rewards to employees who did not even do their job properly. Giving enormous pay rise for employees who contributed less and did not produce outcome to the company.

None at all, never had a stressful moment working in this organisation,  I would recommend everyone to work here.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
-Attending to my assigned clients on time.
-Communicate with my clients effectively, listen to them and help them with their daily needs.
- write my shift notes in order to communicate with my team members.
-clock in and out at the respective location

I loved working through different agencies, But unfortunately as the current scenario is bit difficult for casual support worker as the disability houses are working with only the permanent staffs which made me to look for another job. while working with Absolute care and health and Oncall Disability agency I have got chance to learn various aspect of Caring. I use to look after different types individual clients as well as I work at the disability houses as per their needs through On Call.

Having worked with this organisation I'm most impressed with the kind of emphasis they place on their employees as well as their clients. A company with solid values and emphasis is a must have quality for any employee looking to build a career, and Absolute has that in leaps and bounds. The staff is friendly and supportive. You do have a lot of learning as the company is growing exponentially.

The only bad thing I would say about working for this company was the work is mostly towards the city. Otherwise the shift organisers were all lovely. I did enjoy working for this company. I can’t say anything bad about this company. I had full support every time I needed it.

I've loved working for this company, the coordinators are kind and understanding and genuinely care about the well-being of the PCAs. The job is flexible and pays well and communication is strong between the office and us out on the road. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to work.

It’s a great opportunity to work with professional and friendly staff. Absolutely my best decision in 2021 joining Absolute Care and Health. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a peaceful work environment. 

It was my first proper job beside retail and hospitality, it was overall a friendly and comfortable environment to work at. Everyone was friendly and cooperative which made me feel less scared being a newly experienced pca whilst stilling nursing.
