typical day is building different scaffolds each day and learning as you go as not all scaffolds are the same and different people will build 1 scaffold different to each other so you must find common ground with each other to bring ideas together also learning more and more about rigging and being a t/a to mech and pipe fitters and boilermaker/welders and getting to drive the franna where possible the most enjoyable part of the job is everyone gets along and gets the finished job done on time

enjoyed working for Ativo,worked mainly on refurbishing trains, learned about rescue if required. What was required of me in an emergency. management was great,worked with various cultures..The hardest part of my job i cant really say anything, and completing the job was always enjoyable..

Started me off to progress my knowledge of rigging and light scaffolding spent a few year's working for this company because of the work friends and the good team of supervisors and superintendant but sadly the buisiness went under and we were switched to the main company schneider electric

Early starts, Toll boxes always end them on a positive note. Have the work crew interact. get to know your work team. 
Managing large numbers off tradesman that you dont know or know there capabilities.
Accomplishments with no injuries and jobs well done on time.

I had a nice group of people who made every day easier, some days where very hectic but we all worked as a team and help each other when necessary. I learn a lot about recruitment and how to manage people databases

Shifts work is good basis of operation.
Typical day is long.
Highly safety minded.
Management is good to work with.
Friendly co-workers
Finding work locations at new sites
get to rest between shutdowns.

They have a high regard for safety. They pay a reasonable rate compared to a lot of others. Every body seems to get on pretty well.
They seem to pick up a fair bit of work.

All good untill received an annual leave and RDO payout,
No notice no redundancy no comunication . need to chase 3rd party long service leave myself.

A pleasant work environment with well balanced work crews a good mixture of experience and new guys. A good culture within the crews makes working away from home a bit easier.

Honest open employer, will work with them anytime anywhere.
Safe environment, communication is good from management to workers.  No such thing as a hard job when help is at hand
