The job pays well but overall the people expect for one of my teams we all negative and not at all a light aired environment the worker are ill tempered and the office staff are horrible at solving a problem u have, they cancel your shifts out of nowhere and and don’t officially fire u pretty much just ghost you till u give up, do not work for this company they are horrible and shouldn’t even be a business. They fired all of the family workers even when they fill a team, there is ridiculous  amounts of driving and some days you won’t get sleep for a couple days straight, if I could give it no stars I would.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Colleagues were great. Management not so.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Job role was made redundant but they refused to pay Notice Period which was over 10k. Used the Covid situation to their benefit. I thought that was unfair to employees.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture was great but Management was all about themselves. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
We were mostly working at client's office.

After joining ASG thought they be good but it soon turned out that was not to be true. Some are good but most a sneaky and do not like change. High turn over ops managers should have rung bells. They treat staff bad and you are just a number do not expect any sort of career development and when you do ask they say Yes Yes Yes and never happens. Watch out for upper management. What they say is not what they do. So many meetings about nothing and the person development plan is just that nothing comes from it. All I can say is stay away better places to work and culture

Management have no expertise in the work performed and treat you like a number. They are more interested in their bonus than salary increases for employees. I and many of my colleagues did not recieve a pay rise for over 3 years. They are penny pinchers and slow payers when it comes to work expenses such as T&E and mobile phone. There are better places to work where senior management understand and appreciate what you do.

Very traditional company, no effort to modernise.

Management is stretched so thin that there is no time for them to meet with their employees.

No flexibility around work hours - they expect that your work is more important than the rest of your life.

Resources not managed efficiently - consultants on the bench for months at a time.

Make a big show of being forward thinking and progressive - not acted upon at all.

I had a terrible experience working in a team that had come in to ASG around 2017. Management was the worst I have experienced. I was treated appallingly -basically because I refused to lower myself to the team ethos that deliberately gave the customer very poor service and overcharged them for it.

ASG Group is primarily focusing on Business Transformation and assist various clients with IT and Digital solutions. It was a good experience working in their M&T Resources team to support our clients in their hiring needs.

It appears the leaders aren't focused on the consulting site of the business.   If they are then their strategy & communication of that was exceedingly poor.

It is good experience. Management is keen on getting the people to engage to different projects. Personally I felt that.
ASG group don't have any different clients

I mostly work at client site. But the company itself does so little to what would effectively improve your work. Pretty much on your own at client. Wont pay for your training unless, but would pay for your exam fee.
