A typical day at work involved having a team huddle to discuss what we had done well the previous day and to fix what we hadn't done so well. It's about listening to the team to see how we can improve the business so that our customers continue to get the great service from a great team. Addressing any issues is the way forward to building a strong team which can be fully rectified. Colleague coaching plays a vital part in one's personal development plan inorder to get the very best from an individual.

The day starts with punching the identification card just after arrival.Then taking job instructions from the Assistant Manager

From arriving at work to leaving i was constantly busy. I enjoyed this as i felt each day i had accomplished goals and set up for the next day. I loved working with my co-workers and staff as i was able to keep the environment fun and happy whist still getting the work done. I feel this is important for everybody within the work place as it makes people not hate there job and want to come to work.

Work days from monday to friday, management ar changing all time , work culture ar very nice same as colegs, hardes part of the job is preparation delivery to work, enjoyable part of the job is time jobs.

A friendly place to work. Manager was easy to approach for any work difficulties/or to ask any queries about customers concern. Career progression. lots to learn on day-to-day activities.

Good place to work, really enjoyed it! I worked the evening shift which I was nervous about at first but it was very enjoyable and was perfect for what I needed! 

Pros: good staff, hours, location 
Cons: relatively low pay 

Very balanced work and social life, management very approachable , lots of benefits and a good salary. lots of regular customers. range of different departments to work in to learn new skills

Everyone gets on like a dysfunctional family, but there is drama every 5 seconds. try your best to stay out of it. Everyone is nice though, management seem a bit incompetent at times 

most bad run place ive ever work with poor managment and a dont care about staff or the customers in store needs stronger managment
