What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some time our delivery’s are late and customers phone to depot that time is very stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Well my boss have a courier franchisee and i am working in as a driver

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Focus on the company and my individual experience while employed there.

False hope,
You can burn yourself out too quickly for minimum pay.
Interview one day work the next, 
Super laid back contract position things get done by management at a super slow rate,
Bosses, managers, CEO's, are all hard to get in contact with if you need help on a job or consignment, nobody answers there phone.

Not a bad job if you have a decent fitness level and can figure things out yourself, the pay is the best thing about it. Next to no training provided and expected to lift everything large being a male

decent wage and you can make more money with commission as this job involves sales… very good environment as everyone’s very friendly and willing to help you 

Not bad but not good place to work as to management your just a number and that is it at the end of day. Unrealistic terms that need to be met and also some management is okay and some are bad

Very  stressful job, management expert unreasonable expectations. A majority of the franchisees are really negative, the manager is a complete and utterly ignorant.

Supervisor and management team continues pressurise you like machine and they don't you allow even toilet break. No safety for employees during work and unhealthy environments 

Long hours with good pay. The better you perform, higher the rewards. Management is supportive. Depot is pretty big . Sorting done by drivers in the mornings

The work here is little bit hard when it comes to load your packages although delivering is easy they also pay for fuel which 5% of your total weekly earning
