Working with Appco Group was an unforgettable experience, and I have learnt countless lessons that apply to my every day life. A typical day required a lot of enthusiasm and teamwork, along with exceptional customer service skills. I learnt how to work in an active sales environment, manage other contractors and set goals to develop myself within the company. 
My co-workers were wonderful people, but at times struggled with professionalism and general management. 

The most difficult part of the job was the struggle to balance my role with my life, and I ended up feeling as if I had to sacrifice my time with friends/family in order to do well at my job.
The most enjoyable part of the job came from the heavy focus on interpersonal interactions, and I found that it was actually a lot of fun and gave me a lot of fulfilment.

A typical day at work would be waking up early, work long hours for commission. I found this job very hard to stay with. For me, (not for everyone), it was long hours for really horrible pay. This job is for sales and marketing gurus. My co-workers were amazing people who I still have contact with and were very helpful people. The hardest part of my job was waking up at 4AM and not getting home till 9PM and getting below minimum wage. The most enjoyable part of my job was meeting the people I met as well as morning meetings.

When i first started working for Appco field, i enjoyed it. Even if i did'nt make any sales, it was a fun working environment, and just getting out there, meeting nice people, negative people as well, and just being myself bubbly, confident.

What i learned about this job, was achieving good sales skills, aswell as communication skills.
All the other employees are great people, real positive and truthful workers to communicate well with.

The best part of this job was the traveling part and exploring new and different areas every week/ day, making sales and challenging ourselves to reach our goals, was based on commission work, but very exciting just exploring new places and meeting all different types of people, facing objections and handling it professionally, making sales, interacting and socializing, helping, customer service, cash handling, presenting and advertising

Thoroughly enjoyed working for this company, never a boring day at the office. Met some of the greatest people in my life. Learned about self-confidence, work ethic, customer service, training people and maintaining a student mentality as well as having a positive attitude through the thick and thin.

its a 9-5pm job mon- fri. I have learn to understand many different culture in many different countries. The management is great and is very considerate when it comes to the employees. Very fun and helful co-workers. The most fun part of this job is that, being able to travel and meet different people at all times and travelling consist of also work and leisure.

I spent 12 hours a day in the weather making below minimum wage because they did not want to pay a salary.
The management was awful and would abuse the workers by making them do slug races and lick underpants.
The hardest part of the job was having to wake up and go there in the morning after the way that we were treated.

The Appco group is a worldwide company. I worked for one of it small branches in Brisbane under the name of True Marketing.
The job itself was fun and hard at the same time. We would travel around Brisbane and to other cities selling raffle tickets to raise money for different charities.

I only worked here to practise talking and approaching people. The days are long and exhausting. Trying to sell to people who dont want anything to do with what youre doing. Youll be 'one of those people' trying to stop shoppers in the supermarket. You learn alot about sales and some people do really well and love it. But its not for everyone.

I enjoyed the interaction which came with this role from both a client and team perspective.

I developed strong analytical and problem solving skills from dealing with the day-to-day queries/roadblocks with running a campaign. As a manager I learned to develop and mentor the members of my team.
