7am prestart, stretches,vehicle prestarts, JHA, WPF setting up & signing paperwork. Hot work permits & gas testing. Report & Signing into operation centers, getting a clearance to enter, locking onto isolation's, accessing & setting up equipment in work location, fire watching, ewp  cse spotting, Communication & cooperation with other work crews. Setting up barricades & signage. Carrying out take 5 safety checks. Performing tasks required, house keeping, reporting,signing out of area & removing locks. returning permits, paperwork, tools & vehicles.

Management jobs not very well planned, which lead to many delays.

Co- workers, very safety minded well trained team.

Hardest part, saying focused during inclement weather.

Enjoyable part, communicating with & seeing all my colleges heading home safely to there families.

A Typical day at work is looking after our fellow work mates and coming home in 1 peice. I have learnt to follow instruction and work as a team. Management that i have been under these past few year have been awesome and that whats make people out on the job happy ,thats why i have been in this industry for such a long time its people that i have met and had as good bosses. Met alot of nice people and that makes a work place. No job is to hard if you set yourself a routine and do the job right. Rain makes it hard for a peggy.The most enjoyable part of the job is our fellow work mates ,good condition,and is getting the guys safe to work,keeping them happy and driving them home at the end of the day.

Everything about the job, the camp, social life, culture, workmates was good. Interactions with leading hands and lower order supervisors was always pretty good. AGC had a good reputation with the guys.

Upper level management was a different matter. Some simply did NOT know anything at all about their jobs, yet were stupidly put in charge of other people. Direction sometimes was not where it should have been.

Inefficiency was the result. Some of us felt sorry for the owners.

Probably the most knowledgable crew of trades on this project which was fortunate for management since they were completely incompetent. Wouldn't provide PPE, wouldn't provide rigging gear and tools to do the job, safety advisors thinking they were managers, announcing redundancies at prestarts, wanting to hang pipework overhead for prolonged periods because they hadn't ordered pipe supports to secure them. Complete and utter amateurs. 

Project Management is very weak, inexperienced and lacks LNG expertise, Pay is terrible, Due diligence when hiring the correct personnel for the job is highly questionable, lack of adequate technical leadership!

It was a good job, only problem being is that all companies in Western Australia only hire Advanced riggers. This wouldn’t be a problem if they were infact Advanced Riggers. It seems that as long as you have RA Ticket, it doesn’t really matter that you have no experience in the game. I’m RI, but have been doing this trade for over 29 years now, and still cannot get a start in WA, after having worked there and proven myself, all because I’m not RA

like hours so make money.no advancement. management ok .Other works ok.No real commitiment to work force, just a number. Hr not the best but the same as all w/a companys. Professional in how they  
opperate in most cases, have the rite gear to do the job correctly

Good company to work for found them fair and prepared to listen to work groups last worked for age in Darwin past 4years as pInter blaster leading hand supervisor position left job with good work rating

After a new implementation training has now been maintained, so I am reviewing all existing training methods and documentation to implement a new training regime ensuring the end users are able to find a training strategy that meets their needs.

AGC management is really helpful. Always on time with everything such as pay slips, daily information and flight details. They are also really approachable. Overall working for AGC was great.
