•	¬Performed as primary technical coordination interface with client to ensure that the client’s expectations are satisfied.

On a daily basis I monitor and ensure that customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for incidents and requests for four major mining customer accounts, with over 30,000 users per account. I plan effective schedules to ensure support coverage is available for 100% of our customers’ contracted support hours. I am responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly monitoring metric reports to ensure the business financial KPI targets are met.

My engineering background has instilled in me the ability to adapt and to seek strategies for improvement in procedures and efficiency, while also striving to achieve the highest levels of quality. My achievements include the creation of the change management process model applying the ITIL principles to guarantee 100% successful delivery of outcome and the design of the competency matrix to identify career opportunities to coach and mentor the team from entry to senior level to add value to the business core

6am to 6:30/7pm days as the demands of the workshop consumed the normal business hours & quite time was needed for strategic planning. The financial requirements of ABB were very concise & expanded the skills required to a new level of accounting & understanding. The hardest part of the job was dismissing unsuitable employees but this was something I only had two or three occasions. Workshop peer pressures normally worked as a means of self regulating of the people that were not suitable or component at the jobs. The environment was very team oriented & if a person did not pull their weight or fit into a team environment they generally would understand this & seek alternate employment. Workshop staff support & achieving the number one spot for our workshop.

Working for ABB was very informative and a huge learning curve for me. Very interesting work and a very professional company to work for.
My work on the project mainly consisted of commissioning the new ABB System 800xa DCS Control System. As I had never worked on this control system before, everything was new to me, from hardware to software. 
My manager was very good and very approachable, along with all my work colleagues who all helped me learn the system and I would highly recommend all of them.
The hardest part of the job was being left to my own devices at some remote sites to carry out my work duties. This of course helped me to learn and become confident with the system, which in turn became very enjoyable to work with.

Most of the time I worked alone.
Trained myself during my spare time.
Invested into software and computer hardware to learn and understand its functions and able to modify without relying on others to keep up to date with the changing world of technology.
Management always had limited resources, difficult to go forward if others have been chosen instead.
Every year new software and hardware upgrades and systems arrive unless part of initial team difficult to catch up eventually in time able to preform duties the same as everybody else.

everything i learned sales assistants how to make customer happy comfortable and i made sure i knew everything i could with all the products i was selling in my own department that was put in my responsibility so customers get help they deserve i learnt loading unloading out back at docks i learnt management while mine was busy or out of the shop i learnt how to talk work with communicate with work friends make it a great place to came to every day i could go on and on how much kmart help me learn alot in retail and not just retail cleaning loading unloading unpacking shop displays everything

This companies past claim to fame was training. They trained you on everything, technically, commercially, OH&S, EH&S, safety etc etc. You couldn't work for this company without learning more than you think you know. All the co-workers are very helpful, friendly and skilled. Local Senior management is still an issue with promotion unavailable and usually imports from Europe.Working with this company you must expect that OTD is not good and there is a good deal of European arrogance. However if your prepared to work with them they are a sound company and employment longevity is possible. A rare commodity these days.

From having to advance from being a receptionist and progress to Contracts Supervision as a great acheivement for myself.
I learned to be able to communicate with customers in a perfessional way and also earn the respect from my collegues.
Support a team of 4 and progress and teach them to understand contractually on contracts.
Learned to be very organised.
Hardest part of my job is when I wasn't able to acheive the best results for the customer and needed to pass on the undesirable news.
Worked with a great team which provided support and learning of the products I was involved with.

I enjoyed working for ABB. It was a very fast paced place to work, my manager there was great to work with as were the other employees in my team. 
The most enjoyable part of my job would be that it was very big on working as a team which I enjoyed. I would have liked to stay on there although my contract was complete and there wasn't a position there for me after my contract was finished. 

I learned how to work with Lotus Notes which I hadn't used in any job previously and also PM Doc. PM doc is a software for uploading, editing and sharing documents/drawings with suppliers and customers.

I love to work in ABB because the place are very accessible for the bus station and food outlet, working environment are very nice and co-workers and superior are very friendly and accommodating they sharing ideas to one another helping each other especially to the new staff. Hoping the company will give the privilege to work there again not a contractual but  to give me a permanent position. hope and pray they could have a big project so they hire a staff like me and aiming to have a permanent job. the most enjoyable part of the job is they have a working balance to be socialite with others department.
