A day at work starts at the office where training is given, this is also the place where we do the morning meetings and play games. After that we go into the field in different groups and we work till 6:30. 

I have only worked here for a month but I already learned a lot. This includes: presenting, pitching, building relationships with customers, teaching, being positive, setting goals, running impacts, working in a team.

The company is managed by people who care about their employees and who want their employees to grow in the company. The managers are very approachable and social.

The workplace culture is the best. Everyone motivates each other and learns from each other. If you performed well you will get the recognition and/or bonuses. We have teamnights on Thursday, and we play fun games on friday.

The hardest part of the job is that you have to give 100%. You have to give everything when you are in the field, but you will be rewarded for it and it pays off!

The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to know all the lovely people who work at 3FUND, and to meet new people every day when you speak to them on the door.

I was with this company for around 2 months. Going around doing door to door is not easy but at 3Fund everyone really wants to help each other to succeed. The colleagues I worked with were some of the best I ever have and it really does feel more like group of friends than a group of co-workers. The use of incentives and weekly staff nights/activities really add to making the job an enjoyable and motivating experience.

You don't have to have any prior sales experience and the training and skills they give you is really beneficial both in the job and out of it. On a personal level I think in the short time I worked there I really did improve on some key skills that can be used down the line, especially when it comes to interacting with others.

If you can can show you're motivated and willing to succeed in this job then it will reward you back.

Great place to work with amazing people, and very supportive management. 

Right from my interview, I had a good feeling about the company. They seemed genuine, and it was nice to finally see a sales and marketing company who cares about the charity it works with, and their staff.

I couldn't speak more highly of management, who always try to help their employees progress, both in and out of work.

As for the job role, I am on the door to door team, and since joining, I've been provided regular training to help me progress from a trainee fundraiser with virtually no experience, to a team leader where I am now training others who are in a similar position to myself not long ago.

Worked there for a little more than a month and it was by far the best place I worked before. Not only the energy at the company is really good with all young employers and employees helping you to achieve the goals, but the more you focus and work on achieving your goals, the more you will be helping the charities achieving theirs , which is something really cool not focusing only on what you are making but also how much you are helping the charities!

3Fund Is a Community Friendly Organisation with one Goal in mind to Deliver Extensive information about what they do and how it benefits local community as well as display a high variety of positive attitudes throughout there work and ensure that all their employees are happy and comfortable as well as ensuring there customers are happy , it has truly been a blessing working for these wonderful people, I hope I can Return soon after I organise my domestic issues. :$

Unbelievably friendly staff, who support and encourage you at all times! Amazing work environment, balanced work and social life  with great work incentives, that push you to be the best you can be! You learn so many transferable skills that can be used in all aspects of life!

Love working here the whole atmosphere was great. Really young fun and ambitious people to work with.

3Fund is a company where you can gain so much life experience and friends for life. A fun job where you get to develop yourself and have loads of fun at the same time. The work environment is amazing with only positive people, everyone cheers each other on all the time. We all learn from each and others.

You work with genuinely awesome people, super fun environment, ongoing sales skills training and social activities every week bought by the company.
Door to door work can usually get tedious but not with these guys.

The culture at 3Fund make it a really great place to work. Everyone has a great time working together and whilst the work can be difficult at times everyone works really hard to make sure everyone is having a great time. I would recommend the company to anyone.
