At the interview I was promised it was going to be 200calls per day. When I started the job it was well over 500+ calls per day. It was outrageous!! Call after call on a phone system. Taking a toilet break was hard as management watch you. There were meant to be 5other people with me at the start of the job and ended up just being myself. I guess the smart people did not want to show up. I had half a day of training and in the second half of the day after lunch I was to go on the phone and wing it. I was not ready but did it anyway. Training was meant to be one week but the trainer didn’t know what else to do with me so that is why I went on the phones earlier.
Meetings were held everyday to apparently motivate us to get abused by the people on the phone. When I got some poor guy, as a new lead they said no because I forgot to ask him for his age. The girl in quality control called me right over to yell at me. I said it’s only my first day and I’ve never worked in a call centre aka zoo environment before. She didn’t care and she told me off like I was in primary school yet, she was younger than me. No respect. Management think they are above us. The address on their website is wrong because they have gotten sued so many times you can understand why they don’t want there address on there. Trying to get leads from Virgin life insurance and income protection all day is boring. People are standing because sitting down for hours and hours is so hard. The pay was weird I had to work 4weeks first before I got my first pay. Never had I gone through a job where they didn’t pay me within 2 weeks. It was crazy. They work you to the bone to get leads for them and are on you everyday to get a lead yet you work 4weeks but don’t get paid until the 5th week!! Only work here if you love high turn overs, are just out of high school and don’t care to get $26 per hour the people are young and immature and management will think you are too.

From the hiring process, to onboarding and actually working here everything has been smooth. They respond to you in a timely manner. Permanent WFH set up. Before onboarding, they let you meet the client to assess if both are a good fit for each other. You have success managers who check out on how you are doing every few weeks and they help you out if there are any issues. There's work life balance. Although the company doesn't provide HMO and you handle your government mandated benefits yourself since they don't have a physical office outside of Australia, the competitive compensation makes up for it.

The success managers assigned to us are very helpful in keeping a good and quality work relations with our own clients.

When the device (personal) I am using was not “cooperating”.

I would say that us, employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.  open communication, collaboration are very much encouraged. It prioritizes work-life balance and provides opportunities for growth and development

My career for 2023 as an SEO Specialist and the first Digital Agency that I work with. 25x7 Direct assigned me to a company that is suited to my skillset and, at the same time, has the opportunity to develop my weak points. What I also like about 24x7 direct is their biweekly check-ins with their employees. This makes us feel that we are being taken care of and are listened to if we have concerns or struggles. From day one of the hiring process, I feel very supported by the Company CEO, he will personally help you out and give you tips on how to properly communicate with your future client. He will point out your greatest point and make sure, to be supported on the skills that need to be worked out. 

There's an assigned supervisor that will also check on you fortnightly - to see what your work struggles are, and they will give you tips.

Having this great management, makes me feel secure and it inspires me to always deliver a great job to my client.

The workplace is fun even though it is just virtual.
The challenging part is not being able to identify your main task.
The most enjoyable part of the job is that your clients and coworkers appreciate you for what you do.


Compared to other VA companies, 24x7Direct relatively pays higher salary. They also give out bonuses. What I like about working here is that I can solely focus on my work without distractions. And the tasks given by my client are clear. 

What needs to be improved is for the company is to have a clearer VA onboarding or training before being handed out to the client. Also, to include employee engagement activities for VAs.

In this company, I never feel alone because of the solid support system that my co-workers have given us. Also, the compensation is very great. The clients are also very understandable , during emergencies, they never hesitate to give us time off even in such short notice. I  also have a work-life balance here in this company. Overall, working here is a blessing.
