Franchisee and staffs are use to eat bad merchant products like Donuts specially and cash sales doing bad merchant as well. Too much bad practice and influence to do me as well.

7 eleven is a great place to work , I did work as a store manager and as a marketing manager , while working in the store I came to know the needs of the costumers and made a plan on what need to be changed and I did all that when I became the marketing manager
Takes advantage of minorities and underpays
Will force you to work extra hours unofficially and without pay. Attempts to hire immigrants so they can't take the company to court. If they do take the company to court they risk being deported.

Great place to work
It was a very good place to work very flexible and dynamic. The culture is going through a great deal of change so you need to be prepared for ongoing changes.

ProsSeguro, prestaciones superiores a las de ley.
ConsEstres en dias especiales. Atencion a clientes especiales.
Most days alone
Most days you work alone especially in graveyard shift. I also worked days and for lunch rush there is always help. You are your own manager for the most part. A. Constant cleaning and disinfecting of commend used surfaces some inventory for reordering items.
Amazing company in a very competitive niche market - amazing strategy and execution by very dedicated leaders - Servant Leadership principles displayed everyday
Productive, fast pace, exciting
As a customer Service lead for accounting/merchandising I reviewed emails, CS data base, phone messages to begin my day. The research once all information was gathered was enjoyable. Responding either by telephone or CS data base - email depending on the requestor. This allowed me to provide the resolution to their issues (franchisee or store manager, market manager or field consultant.) If there was no error on the part of the department I explained reasoning and the why - if there was an error I explained the same and also letting them know corrections were made and when and where they would be seen. I had the ability to correct as well as evaluate the issue. There really wasn't a hard part to the job as I learned as I went along - utilizing team leadership if needed. The most enjoyable part of the job was independence to pursue resolution independently. Learning happened daily. Never a dull moment.
Prospaid break if it was taken
Conscost of healthcare rising

Cycle count tobacco and food service products for accuracy of ordering. Order and ensured product to meet the needs of customers and attentive to be careful of any loss. Daily tasks entail of delegating duties to staff on shift and making sure coffee, food, and service is fresh and welcoming. Bonding with customers and supporting 7 eleven goals, challenges and app deals. I have learned a lot about democratics and the importance of knowing your area and products. I have learned to be a leader as an assistant manager and confident of bringing those skills to future careers. The hardest part of the job for me is giving feedback to staff if they mess up, it's a work in progress but I'm doing better everyday. The most enjoyable part is the job itself; I love having everything what a customer needs and helping out whenever I'm needed. I am very loyal, dedicated and hard-working and those traits make me the best employee at my current location.
ProsBenefits, Sick Pay
ConsOn call breaks, too many tasks for two people per shift.
Management sucks but if you work well, you'll get hours
They say you dont get overtime, but there are very few workers who actually work, or even show up and management feels they need these people regardless (even though they dont) so youll get hours if you want them thanks to these employees
Stability and opportunities
Gave me room to grow as a person and employee as well as about retail and was able to be promoted as soon as training was completed. Gave me the opportunity to work with people and proper training to become management in many other positions.
ConsStart off pay is minimum wage
