Upon arriving at work I check my diary to see what is to be completed by the end of the day. Phone calls start to come through quite quickly. I am taking peoples orders and entering them into the computer. Once a week we have a short meeting with our Manager to make sure we are all up to date with our work. Management is very focused on being aware off what is going on in your day to day work and are more than happy to help you out if you are unable to sort through any questions. The hardest part of the job is fellow workers not passing on messages to me while I am on a break. The most enjoyable part of the day is satisfying a customer with their required needs.

My Mother is a consultant of Nutimetics and I am her helper. A lot of people book parties off of us, so we go to their houses and talk about all the products the company sell. My Mother then gets me to write down any of the orders, this is where I am able to learn about money. Some pay cash, some pay with card. I do this while she is sitting with the people who would like to book a party as well. 
I think this is really good bonding time with my Mother and I am looking forward to being my own consultant.

A typical day at work was to pick and pack orders

Ilearned how to pick and pack in a time frame.

The management in the QLD warehouse were very good at there jobs.

My co-workers were mostly women i learnt how to work with lots of women with different personalitys.

I would say the hardest part of the job was not the work it was doing not much if the orders were not there.

The most enjoyable part of the job was u could still have fun and do your work at the same time  

I do Nutrimetics casual around my day time position.  I enjoying this job because I looking after my customers with pampering them for our great products.  Nice for the girls/ladies to catch up. This position helps me with my presentation skills, public speaking and how I market my products.  The hardest part of this job is getting the parties and sales at this hard times.
The most enjoyable part of this job is you met some great people/friends which I love.

They do not respond to phone calls or emails and not helpful at all for new consultant.  Waiting now for over 3 months for backorder and given three different dates of arrival and numerous emails that it has been despatched when it hasn’t. Not impressed with this company at all as there only way they want to resolve it is to give me a free hand cream but won’t refund only credit against future orders when I have told them I will no longer be ordering.  Be wary of this MLM as scammers.

Each day was very different for me and included tasks such as:

- Conducting team training
- One to one mentoring
- Customer calls
- Party demonstrations
- Unpacking and delivering orders
- Banking and other admin tasks

I learnt to work very independently, but also learnt how to motivate my team.
The hardest part of my job was the unpredictability of booking parties and appointments moving.

The most enjoyable part of my job was seeing my team achieve.

Assisting with customer inquiries and team members.
Leadership skills.  Dealing with telephone queries.
Organizing the diary on a daily basis.  Setting out your own work schedule.  Meeting sales targets.
Hardest part of job being available 24/7.
Enjoyable part of job meeting new people and helping them to feel good and positive about themselves.

We had a facebook group and each consultant held parties and things to introduce new products and sign up new people. It was a very pushy and in your face job which began to be a little difficult for me. I still occasionally sell nutrimetics and leave flyers at bowling clubs, pokes or restaurants.

I loved nutrimetics because you can work at your own pace and earn as much or as less as you put into your work. Just doesn't pay out much money unless you elevate to manager which is really hard when you don't know many people to join to your team

I did like what i was doing especially meeting new people and exploring new ideas and challenges, I always read off my paper notes, never pressured my customers, the sales were good one month and another month borderline. Unfortunately circumstances have happened and i had to resign.
