Excellent... it is a multi-cultural and fun place to work at.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Having a small day and going home early

constant work wonderful team always fun and full of surprises. Work i find easy if you put in extra effort can be quite rewarding, I wont let this one go. Know what to expect each day, I have fun have plenty of laughs. People eat so much chicken the job is constant and secure. Christmas and easter means long hours and longer weeks poss saturdays, best part about it is everyone gets alone and finds a way to make it work

I learnt how to pick and pack, the diffrence between good and bad products.

Co-workers were an excellent help when i didn't know an answer to something or didnt know what i was doing.

There was never a part in a day where something was too hard koz i always had help right there when needed

Most enjoyable part of the job was everyone working together as a team and getting the job out as soon as possible!

Always giving people a go.
They've employed a lot of staff over the years and unfortunately people today dont value the job opportunities they are given.
Prove you want the job and you want to keep it.
Turn up on time.
Be reliable.
Be greatful for your job or someone else will be ready to take it.
Great bosses.
Long term workers still there 20 years +
Work is there if you really want it.

Easy people to work with and multicultural workplace. Repetitive work but always something to do and when having personal days you’re described as ‘unreliable’. Very bad management, underpaid and hard workers not being noticed. Expected to pick up the slack of others and not being told when slacking.

Bad management lack of support for workers, if you have injured related to work and you are not permanent they always want to get rip of you. And yes they don’t care about your family sick or die. And they like to move you around without notice you. And treat everyone differently.

same process every day you learn about food health and safety. management.. i didn't agree with the way they do things but over all ok. co-workers awesome people great to work beside. hardest part of the job was the lifting and the enjoyable part was picking orders.

Unfair working conditions,
Penalized for taking time off for family (moved to a lesser position) 
Overtime rate changed to fulltime penalty rate instead of our usual casual rates plus time and a half etc. (Highly illegal might I add)

Nerang park poultry same as any other job to me anyway. After working afternoon shift picking orders and loading trucks ready for delivery basically an all rounder overall is a good job for can't complain..

WOULD NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN,THEY DON"T CARE IF ANY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE SICK AS LONG AS THERE PRODUCTS ARE GOING OUT,CO-WORKERS WERE GOOD,SUPERVISORS DIDNT KNOW THERE JOBS,AND WHEN A MACHINE WAS DOWN THEY QUICKLY BLAME THE WORKERS,
