My typical day at was always quite busy and on the go all the time. I learnt a lot about team work, time management and good customer service. The management could have been better as there was a lot of organisation which was partly due to low staff. Although with the little staff we had we all worked hard to keep everything together with our best ability. The hardest part about my job was that I felt I was given a lot of responsibility's to take care of and had to constantly multi-task. Although working for the coffee club was quite a stressful job I met a lot of lovely girls at work and because I worked on the beach, in the middle of the city I could enjoy my afternoon in the city or at the beach after my shifts had ended.

A typical day would be to fill in a running sheet for all staff members of their duties and time restrictions. Survey restaurant and make sure everything is in its correst place and the whole restaurant is neat, clean and tidy. Make sure all customers have been attended to. Check on staffs procedures and make sure they are doing their job correctly and to coffee club standards. At end of night count the till and balance. Make sure all staff are doing the correct close down in the most efficient amount of time. Lock up and turn on alarm making sure every task has been completed.
Hardest part of job is dealing with disgruntled customers.
Most enjoyable part of job with working with wonderful friendly customers.

I have 5 years coffee experience in my back home but I was still impressive when I was starting working in coffee club. The quality of coffee in coffee club is consistence and good, they care about the temperature of milk, grind of coffee and time in order to make a cup of good coffee. Plus serving customers and managing staffs are big challenges to me because I have to think how to organize a team in rush hours and solve customers complaints. Based this job,I have learnt to work out detail thing as grinding coffee powder and consist the coffee quality. I love my co-workers, we still keep in touch with some girls, and I am appreciated to have a chance working there.

A typical day would involve taking orders, handling money and bank cards, cleaning and re-stocking chiller cabinets, preparing food, waiting tables, clearing and wiping down tables, preparing beverages, vacuuming carpets and sweeping and mopping floors, bringing in outdoor furniture.  All staff were very easy to get along with and good fun to work with, we worked well as a team.  The most enjoyable part of the job was the interaction with customers and work colleages

Get off the train station and straight to work 10 minutes before I start. Put my things away, say hello to all the co-workers and then put on my apron and start working. 
Serve food/ beverages to customers, clean tables, then go to the back and clean dishes. Refill sauces and drinks.
When its not busy I would restock things and put the knives and forks in the napkins for the next customers. Then I would go on break for 30 minutes and walk around the mall and get something to eat. Then comeback and continue to do the same things and most of the time I got free lunch from the bosses.

Normally when opening kitchen Set all equipments check temperatures and make note. Get the kitchen ready to run for the day. Make the prep list and start guiding apprentice .Making sure all the cleaning roster is up to date and the food is well presented. I have learnt different styles of cooking. My co-workers were very friendly and loved working with them as a team. 
Hardest part of the job was to deal with aggressive people and short tempered people and on the other hand the most enjoyable part of the job was to cook authentic food of the coffee club.

a typical day at work is greeting my regular customers ( always Brightens up the start of my day) with a build up to the rush more of my work mates start showing up for there shift ready to go.

in this job I learnt cold drinks, hot drinks 

management was kind and thoughtful with hours and shifts and very flexible.

it was a privilege and a great experience to work with my former colleagues.

most enjoyable was my customers and my workers. wouldn't have been an enjoyable experience with out them.

My job consisted of bringing customers thier drinks and meals and clearing up tables after they had finished. I was also responsible for cleaning up the dishes in the kitchen.
I learnt how to deal with customers in a respectful manner.
The management was overbearing and tried to micro manage everything, plus the working hours were too little.
Hardest part was trying to do the tasks of two people (serving customers and washing dishes during busy periods).
I enjoyed working with my co-workers as they were friendly and helpful.

A typical day at the coffee club is a fun day. I learned that everyone has a part to play in the management of the work place. The management at Albany Creek Coffee Club was very well, everyone knew what they had to do and lent a helping hand where it was needed. The hardest part of the day was when the place got full as there were a lot of dishes that needed to be done and if left unattended got packed, and the most enjoyable part of the day was, I don't know I loved the whole day when I was there.

a typical day either on the dishes or running coffee or food, learnt how to up sell, carry 3 plates, great customer service, team work, using my initiative and on the spot quick thinking on busy days, The management was great never once had an issue or problem, my co- workers were great team to work with always got on with each other and helped one another through the day, there was nothing really hard about the job very straight forward, i enjoyed working in a team.
