A huge multi million dollar company that makes you justify why you had to work an extra 15 mins when helping out and being understaffed in the first place.
Minimal wage, management don’t care, you’re dispensable, no room for professional development, really have to sell and push those products in meetings so you can get an extra few dollars (cause $25 something an hour wasn’t worth the effort!) 
Lovely colleagues working with you. And the members are also lovely. 
Flexible hours (only 2 hour shifts at a time which worked well for me)
Hours were usually outside of M-F, 9-5 that also suited me.
I felt invisible for the many years I worked there, no matter how many extra shifts or KPIs I exceeded. You had to be a favourite to get noticed at all.

Most enjoyable - seeing the changes in your members lives, improving their health and well being, seeing the results.

A typical day is meeting many people from different walks of life and dealing with them in a personal situation. I learn that courtesy and respect and interest in these clients creates a comfortable situation. I enjoy working with a like minded team over an age range. The hardest part of the job is to convince potential clients of the benefits of the program in the long term and that changes happen slowly.
I enjoy the company of these people and that fact that we share a common interest in weight loss and health.

Weight Watcher provide and extensive induction and educational resources for the new coaches which is excellent, well presented and easy to follow.
My Weight Watcher colleagues have been friendly, helpful and welcoming. My Weight Watcher managers have been effective in communicating to me and organising meetings for me to coach.

Inspiring and motivating members to change their lives is one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. Being supportive and providing the best customer service is a priority as well as being empathetic to their needs.

I loved motorvating members. Making a difference in their lives.
Management don't care about you and will make you redundant without much thought. Min wage. End up working double the hours for no extra pay.

Great and supportive company to work with.  I love being able to help people in a safe, supportive environment. On-going learning events keep everyone focused and support the latest scientific advancements in weight-loss.

Friendly and open work environment, as well as great people to work with. All of the employers and employees were warm and generally good people to work with.

Good company to work for. Lots of support. It is great to able to support members achieve their goals. Great program to follow and coaches are also supported in reaching their goals.

Great team i really enjoyed working at WW. The atmosphere was good, focused on the right priorities and made it a fun place to work and enjoyed helping people lose weight.
