Was fine during the first half of my employment, management quickly reared its ugly head. They'd pretend they care, but we were just numbers to them, job security was threatened if you didn't stay back and complete overtime everyday. Everyone on the floor is amazing, the friends you make are what keep you going back each day. Everyone is under the thumb of higher management in Melbourne. Love the people, hate upper management.

Loved learning about the automotive industry and helping customer with processing their orders. I loved working closely with the reps and get a insight into what their job involves. Management was great could not of asked for better. Hardest part of the job had to be learning so many products but i really enjoyed it and made my days work very productive.

The work life balance of Würth is fantastic, however the pressure to constantly grow the area at an extremely  premium price point is stressful. The pay is small for the role and requirements, its also paid monthly, too many bonus incentives when minimum wage could be higher, commision structure is almost non existant due to massive discounts given to remain partially competitive in the market

I left wurth australia, Sydney, last year, and it was a blessing. It started off well but then turned quick. High targets, managment will make your life very difficult. I was pulled in for numerous meetings where I was ridiculed and humiliated. I left the company feeling worthless. It is one of the lowest paying rep jobs and most stress. Reps come and go because they all suffer like I DID.

Wurth Australia is an overall place to work, a typical day as a manager starts early from checking in with the team and going through travelling with individuals daily to better develop them. the hardest part of the job is when you loose a team member as you then have to cover them but the most rewarding is hitting target as well as seeing those that struggle a little hit target also.

Sorry, cannot prepare you for this business model, yes you get tools of trade, but you spend long hours in the car, from one CRM appointment to the next, selling hi priced products to people who nearly cringe when you arrive.
This is a good platform to learn the trade but not rewarding enough to make a living

Wurth is a great company to work for with alot of room to move, wither its Warehousing, Sales, Purchasing, Import or Export, and Customer Service.
If you work hard you get rewarded.

Good job. It rewards what you put into it. Management increase the pressure for sales and expect sales people to pressure buyers to try for more sales. I found the smaller workshops easier to deal with and build a rapport rather than mid sized companies.

Great company to work for base salary  not great the commissions are great personal development and drive to build area's pays off with great total salary. Be lazy and earn base. 
Great family culture 

The salary is more than enough for the area that I'm living in and the competition between other companies keeps me wanting to improve myself and my methods to achieving my targets.
