I run this as my own business, it is totally reliant upon Customers.  Moving to a new state I am starting from scratch.

I go into peoples homes and Demonstrate the Thermomix, I cook a 6 course meal for the Customer.

We work in a team with a Manager above us, the training is fantastic, and there are always lots of incentives along the way.

I love meeting new people and find it a very social job and have made a lot of new friends while I have been working.

I do all the paper work and fill in a data base and reporting on line for our ordering system.

The hardest part of the job is people not interested and talking above you.

The most enjoyable part of this job is having a wonderful captivated audience, who are as passionate as I am about the Thermomix

Great people to work with like minded health and food professionals
some limitations and variance between team leaders - miscommunication / lack of full disclosure due to competitive nature of sales and business development
incentive heavy culture - not all incentives are relevant

I enjoyed my time with Thermomix because I believed in the product.  which made it easier to sell.  Thermomix had very good training and a excellent team building meetings and very good incentives

Thermomix has been a great job, where i can choose my hours, how much i want to work. 

Leadership opportunities are there.

Some leaders push harder than others. IF you like that then great. 

Great incentives also.

The family owned business was very friendly, co-workers great people.  The most challenging part was to ensure all the Executive Team were looked after at all times.  I learned a new skill with this job dealing with all legal paperwork and communicating to the public was a challenge at times.

Working within Thermomix I worked with and met some amazing people. I learned lots of new skills in the sales area and I thoroughly enjoyed working in a fantastic team. This business helped me to utilise my current organisational skills and build on them as well.

I love my Thermomix and being paid to talk about it was lots of fun. I didn't enjoy the pressure once I joined, they wanted aggressive sales people and I was really there more for the love of it

Not a lot of support given to the office staff, not much room for advancement, very much a cult following. Bad press made for a hards day work. Very demanding customers/consultants.

Having a team leader that is determined and ambitious was a great way to kick start my thermomix journey. I enjoyed the demonstrations and ability to open people's minds to new ways of living efficiently!

Lots of long hours and living in my car with little reward for me. Lots of travelling back and forth to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, tiring and exhausted most of the time.
