Indecisive, slow to react and way behind the times.  If you want a place where the standards are low then this is the place to be. Top heavy business with over paid managers who are clueless. No promotion option, no training or onboarding. Lack of stock and product offering. Arrogance to think they are the best when their service tells otherwise. Go through staff at a rate of knots. The better you do the more work you are loaded with. This company has all the boxes ticked when it comes to talking about culture and positive behaviours but has very little action to back it up.  Customer service has been failing for years and the people responsible are still in the same
Position they were years ago with no accountability for the poor performance. Underpaid in so many ways and the stress this business puts on the good people is ridiculous. Hope they find a way to become the best again like they were 10 years ago but very unlikely with the senior managers and execs they had in place
Before I left. 

Working here is probably not the best option unless you like passive aggressive manager that greet you with anger when you start your duty. This place is run by people who don’t care about the staff. I hate  the break times interval between Tea break and lunch break. 1.5 hours apart! The management is poor. Staff are on their phones on the floor and even on phone calls but get a free pass but favoritism. The staff love to stare and eye you out. The team leader is the worst thing and make working here dreadful and has favoritism. Hopefully they fired the current ones and replace them with people who know how to handle,respect and take care of their employee. There is NO TEAM here.

Job environment was perfect, my manager was so helpful and kind.

Working hours was so long during the day but the off days was helpful.

Work environment was so perfect specially QA/QC department.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I was starting at 6 am to 6 pm but we had specific schedule.

There is not one day the same. Exceeds job expectations . Scheduled tasks, rotational system week by week. 
Workplace culture are very oriented, mainly of long term staff influences.
Communication is key within hearing impaired environment. 
Overall, I must say working with Vinidex encourages great job security and hones stability for those seeking lifestyle measure.

I've never in my life worked for such a poor company. The management team were useless, never cared once for the employees. Lack of training and yet they expected you to know every little aspect of the job in one day. You were bullied or sworn at if you did a mistake. They don't even deserve a star at all.

I enjoyed the daily challenges there using your experience and nutting out problems with your workmates being trusted to work alone ,working with good people having a laugh really miss the place .Now I working in a small shop the only machinist there work extra long hours including Saturdays and Sundays often very demanding but its a challenge

Once was a good company until CEO retired. New management created a very toxic work environment. Getting bad when a senior manager comes to work drunk and is involved in an accidend during work hours yet still works there but highly skilled people are made redundant because he doesn't like them???

Love working with all the teams over the years in all the work places.
Got to travel allot and see Australia.
Lucky enough to do a vast array of duties in allot of aspect of work. Variety was a great experience that I have learned.

Wouldn't let my worst enemy work here.
They are rude and disrespectful and don't give a shots about you. There is no communication between production manager and team leaders and the operators.
Maintenance on all machines are very poor and always break down. 
This is based on brisbane site.

Really great team, fast paced environment.  Line technicians and QA team work exceptionally well together and know what to do and how to support one another to make it a positive work environment.
