Only apply here if your body fits their measurements on the conveyor belt. 
You're just a machine part and if you don't fit properly you will get damaged physically.

If you like dissociating and staring endlessly repeating the same motion cycle for 8 hours, your breaks are short, time to sit down is far and few between, leaning over conveyor belts for hours stacking wraps. Then this is the job for you.

Only positives I can say is free wraps and good pay. There are some nice people to work with on the production area.
Management is terrible, rumours spread like wild fire. Very high turnover rate, group of new kids every 3-4 weeks.

Not worth the long term damage. Too many people there scared to get comp, forced to work through the pain. People wearing braces to put bread in a box. Everyone is told pain is normal, and they do nothing to help. 

Production of food is semi-automated. Company can afford full automation but choses to be generous and give people work. Only to put bread on the table.

Worst job I've ever had.

They would exploit you as much as they could and hold up your progress to prevent your pay grade going up. Training takes ages to get signed off and management will only look at the faults and not recognising the efforts you have put. If you try to be helpful and do multi tasking roles, Never mind the good things and good service you put cos they dont give appreciation at all. You make 1 mistake and you will be in big trouble.  They only care about the targets and they dont show compassion towards workers. They talk big with quality but in reality its all the quantity they after. But overall  its a fun place to work if you live local and there are a lot of good people to work with but the management. Just a bunch of incompetent.

the hardest part of the job is when things go wrong or machinery breaks down it makes things harder to do
the most enjoyable part of the job is seeing our products out and about in the supermarket and the friendships you make with your fellow work mates.

Day to Day operations of QC is to ensure all policy & procedures are followed and maintained according to company standards.

I have good rapport with workers on the floor, my peers and the management team.

The hardest aspect of my position is to ensure everyone that is responsible for making, packing, and loading the product follows the procedures set by the company.

That working in a factory is very different to my previous positions in sales & marketing

at True Foods we make wraps and naan breads, the job is fully hands on and i've learnt alot about food preparation from dough to cooked, i've also taken on being OHS rep which has kept me in touch with the safety side of our workplace and help to make things safer for all employees.

Enjoy the friendly work manner in the factory. The team work on every line is out standing. Management is always friendly & helpful. Co-workers are also great people. The hardest part is, "waiting" around if the machine breaks down. Apart from that, i totally enjoy going to work at True Foods!

I worked at this company for approximately 3 years night shift enjoyed working their hours are good pay was even better their is 6 production lines you are on rotating lines daily other production line workers are good to work with

Was a very good work place and great experience and ppl to work with and enjoy a nice fast pase loves working the night shift as QC and also working on the production line

great people to work with but management wasn't the best to get along with good work hours supervisors where good people to communicate with and get help from
