A day work would be very stressful because most of the supervisors are extremely underqualified for their role, you would be relied upon to do most things if you had been working there for a decent amount of time, and you would be asked to stay back most nights due to the severe incapability of most supervisors. Dont recommend working here if you are a shy person, team members will talk about you negatively and make fun of you for being underskilled. The manager thinks they're top-notch and thinks very highly of themselves, but in hindsight, they aren't that important. Workplace culture is very toxic and really just a stressful environment to be in. The hardest part of the job would be dealing with "top-notch" manager. The most enjoyable part of the job was talking to customers having a laugh with them, and also leaving your shift. If you are a teenager be careful, they either give you no shifts (max 6-7 hours a week) or you get worked like an absolute dog and you end up having no work-life balance. 

The shop and location I work at doesn’t get extremely busy but most times you are busy. Lunch times are the busiest periods and the it gets quiet between 2-4pm and then the deliveries really roll in at night. I learned a lot during my 2 week training before the new store opened, even supervisor tasks and was given high hope I’d do great but then when it came to actually working when the store opened I was let down. I went from knowing a whole heap to only being thrown at the register and taking orders for months because they wouldn’t let me make the food or do much else. The people are super friendly but if you’re not Latina/columbian/hispanic don’t expect much. There’s definitely favouritism with people of that background and most times they don’t speak English around you which can make you feel a bit uncomfortable. At most I get 3-4 hour shifts and they like to take your shifts away a lot during holiday breaks cause they “aren’t making enough”

A normal day is usually fast paced in the lunch time, every team member should be highly concentrated to do not make mistakes because the line is usally too long and we must attend all the costumers in the minimun possible of time.
I have learned how to handle the preasure and accomplish with all the responsibilities with a high quality customer service.
The manager is very friendly, highly organized and he is always looking for give responsabilities to everyone acconrding to the best skills.
The complete team is always trying to colaborate to others, even when they are too busy with their own tasks.
The hardest part of the job is to answer properly with all the tasks, specially because we should have a really highly customer service.
The most enjoyable part is when the lunch or overnight time finishes and the team cleans all the shop, it is a funny moment to spend time with other members, talking about other topics and enjoying the great team we have.

My experience working at The Yiros Shop Morayfield was mixed. The work itself is straightforward, and most of the crew members are genuine, supportive, and hardworking. The team on the ground was easily the best part of the job.

Unfortunately, my experience with management was far less positive. In my time there, I found management to be unprofessional, often disrespectful, and unwilling to take responsibility for their own errors. Communication from leadership was frequently negative, and you will constantly be talked about behind your back rather than spoken to directly.

Mistakes, no matter how small, were brought up repeatedly instead of being treated as learning moments, creating a work environment that felt unnecessarily stressful and discouraging. Decisions also seemed to prioritize profit above staff well-being, which contributed to an overall sense of instability and distrust.

I love working here! I look forward to every shift and the staff are fun and supportive. For a first job this is perfect, supportive staff, in depth training and a really rewarding environment.

The Staff are friendly and the Management mostly understanding. 
They seem to be hiring everyone but cutting back multiple peoples shifts.
If you want to work here it is a great job when you can get shifts, but please expect to be let down.

Management is extremely friendly, got along nicely with higher-ranked others as they were very kind and understanding. Really pushes you to become better and be consistent in the workplace without the stress of worrying you aren't good enough.

The people were great, and lost of training was provided. Most of the time there is a steady stream of work to be done, can get really busy. 

Mostly 3-4hr shifts, the work environment can be messy, and equipment might not work

Decent first job, not excellent, location keeps hiring people while giving current staff barely any shifts. Definitely hires more than they should, shifts are quite competitive. Pay is just the minimum. Management is quite good

Nice coworkers, work isn't that difficult and making the yiros is easy. I get decent shifts though i would mainly recommend it as a job for high schoolers or uni students rather than a career progressing job
