I worked here for three years in the Family Referral Service which is a great program that I hope just gets better. My experience was one of bullying and being targeted by a Management that talked the talk but were clicky and didn't walk the walk, treating their team with suspicion and disdain. Several times they attempted to manage me out and make life very uncomfortable in the hope I would leave. They did this to so many staff members that I lost count. Head office being in Sydney meant they only knew what information was fed up the line and to say that was subjective is to understate it. After years of investigations and complaints the Management resigned so I can't say what its like currently. I've heard there are still issues among current staff which is sad. It could have been amazing.

Opportunities to work autonomously and within large busy teams.
Many Organisational changes including within management and programs, which at times was very disruptive to program delivery.

Workplace culture was mostly positive, however if you did not agree with the majority, especially management, people were generally put on the outer. Where their opinions were dismissed and at times isolated from the other programs. At times the main office was very clicky.

IT issues happened weekly if not more, and working in mobile programs this was a major disruption.

Some managers were very supportive and were very appreciative and encouraged discussions around new initiative ideas and program delivery. Most staff were offered PD, but again it was as long as you went along with the majority and didn't 'rock the boat'.

I assist clients who suffer from Complex needs, mental health, aged, disability hoarding and squalor. I conduct assessments and reviews, advocate on their behalf, make referrals and enable clients to achieve their goals.
I am required to document all notes in our data base. I also assist other Case Managers when needed. I attend interagency meetings, community events and training when needed. 
My team work well together and we can ask each other for advise and support when needed, 
The hardest part of the job is that there are so many people that need your help and sometimes we are unable to provide our assistance, Sometimes clients refuse our help. 
The most enjoyable part is knowing that you are making a difference in someones life.

Supportive management, educators are child focused, good training opportunities for educators, lots of space indoors and outdoors

No stress at all working here

Very supportive and friendly, educators have shared goals to provide love and care for the children, always interesting activities 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very organised management, inclusive activities for educators and children, fun, professional

 was part of the Child & Family team, where the diverse and challenging client base offered invaluable firsthand experience. However, the management do not value this and they look at you only as a number. Both leadership and HR neglected to address workplace issues, leading to a high turnover rate. Opportunities for growth were not distributed equitably, and the workload, especially administrative tasks like case notes and reports, was overwhelmingly unrealistic. I felt  undervalued during my time there. 

I worked here on reception and then in payroll. Whilst there were problems within the organisation and with some staff in particular, overall it was an enjoyable place to work. I wouldn't say it was the best place I have worked, nor the worst. People on the whole were friendly and competent. However, my specific department, Payroll, was quite frustrating with some incompetent staff with limited people skills. I definitely outgrew my role and was pleased to leave, although I hold no negative feelings and theoretically I would work there again.

Community and clinic based NDIS provider of services, there was limited clinicians at times and you were expected to travel to another office and treat patients giving a high number of clients and limited time to follow up or alter appointments if clients are unwell or have other appointments etc. Billing is paramount and they like to even Bill for short 5 minute phone calls or emails. I was asked to travel as far as Bondi, Bowral, Goulburn  to see clients and was still expected to meet the requirements for billings despite spending hours driving that could not be billed.

Started off good. Management changed however and the team was exposed to intimidation, stress, zero support, workplace politics, terrible leadership, unrealistic timeframes, burnout and no option of overtime pay only TIL. Team was told to “start fresh”  by management, without acknowledging staffs feelings and concerns, they did not address the real issue, leading to most of the team leaving. The company needs to have a good look into the staff who are managing teams. 

Worked here for years and you used to be able to have a say in your position.. not now!.. so much constant micromanagement and now you are just expected to take on role after role and additional work.. goodluck getting more than 2 weeks leave over busy periods, and if your stat's aren't up to scratch due to being given so much work, they will just put you on a plan.. pay ok, but zero support from team leaders... only reason I stay is for my flexible work hours and the weekend overtime.. don't get me started about system issues either.. it's always who sucks up the most that
