Worked there as a temp, very toxic working environment. They have a very high staff turn over for a reason. A lot of back stabbing, drama and plain nastiness.

You’re just a number there, they fire or conspire to get rid of staff all the time for nefarious reasons. Saw a lot of staff leave after heated arguments… to the point I’d joke I worked in “The Twilight Zone”.

A small clique of Managers and area team leaders, if you’re not in with them you’re expendable.

Found them to be abhorrent and the worst place I’ve ever worked in 30 years. It was just a 6 month gig for me that left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons.

Keeping the job. They will ask you leave the company the moment it becomes a bit inconvenient to them. They have laid off their entire accounts team and moved it overseas. So beware taking a job here as it may not last. Their employee satisfaction is declining and has the worst record in health and safety in the world compared to other Terex. Being a US owned company it has an amazon type culture.

With numerous locations across the region, they are ideally skilled and knowledgeable to assist cranes customers with their supply of new equipment and aftermarket support of all cranes products

working for terex was fantastic i learnt alot about big machinery 
as well as alot off preparation on these machines such as 
spay painting,attaching and detaching equipment 
aswell as dogging cranes for assembly 
assisting welders and fitters in machine builds 
machines experienced on are;

RH340face shovels and excuvators

I enjoy the daily challenges that are typical in a management role. Wether it be staff, client or company issues I enjoy being able to support the company and department.
The most enjoyment I get from my work is knowing that I have supported the business in a processional manner that is expected of me.
Having a successful outcome is always a positive which I share with my colleagues as praise is always well received by all.

I  learned to do admin for payroll which I liked as it took me away from just data entry.  It moved me into other areas like Tax and superannuation.  It also helped me to learn a new computer software package ADP. I have always wanted to get into the payroll section to learn more, unfortunately the position was made redundant before I could take on more responsibility.

They are cut throat. Other staff  will burn you to,save their own useless bottoms. They employ unqualified staff and place them in management positions who fire anyone that threatens their position. Insecurity is a prerequisite with in

Have learnt alot on Purchasing officer role and got to learn Pronto database which helped build my career further on - wish I could stay on longer but my contract came to an end
