typical day of work is monday to friday but the the it not permanent. But, mostly it started 7pm,8pm,9pm-10pm until we complete the 8 hrs shift.
I learned to be cooperative and responsible and be more patience in handling customer especially those who had service problem in their provider.
Management- they are friendly and enthusiastic.
co-workers-friendly and treated you as a best friend or even a family member.
The hardest part of the Job on set of the call the customer is very upset due to their provider network issues--But handling them is easy because we treated them as a friend and we always put ourselves in their shoes to dig the real source of the concern.
The enjoyable part after customer agreed and satisfied from the solution we provided.

Although the company itself is no longer in operation in Australia, I cant speak badly of those whom i worked alongside. The people that were there, really made the experience as pleasant as possible. Management and HR were always very easy to deal with and we parted on good terms. The client that Teleperformance had, however were expecting standards of Customer Service that did not fit with the Australian way of life. The intent of those whom worked there was always to leave the customer satisfied, unfortunately it felt as though the client did not feel the same about those who were employed there.

I wouldn't recommend this company TELEPERFORMANCE, for inwas an employee for 4 years. There were a lot of salary disputes, furthermore, when i separated from the company two months ago, guess what? That until now, i have not received my final pay, which is the unpaid salary and also the partial 13 month pay, all of this happen even i'am cleared and all the accountabilities/ company assets was surrendered or submitted to them. Take a look at social media there are of former employees of teleperformance that have the same experience whether they are tenured or newbies.

We had decent trainers, but don't be fooled because they are for the company. They sail through training to get you on the phones quicker than expected. It's way too many apps to log on to get your day started. The equipment is terrible and fails constantly even when you're on the phones with members. It's definitely true they will not issue final check. If you plan to quit, expect to lose that time. So plan your exit strategy wisely and/ or report to Wage & Labor board for unpaid wages.

Nice place to work and meet new people.
Opportunity to grow within the company
Able to work weekends and evenings earning more per fornight
Management are fine, colleagues all professional and do their job

Shift scheduling needs to change
During non peak times, can be very boring
Pay is horrible unless working on weekends or evenings.

Within a few months of being forced to stare at a 4k screen for hours, with just ten minutes allocated for toilet time per day, and working the graveyard shift, with a 4 hour commute, I began to lose my eyesight, and started wearing glasses.

It appears that you always get excited to report for work everyday. Learned the value of work and meet all assigned task. Management is supportive to it's employees needs and co-workers always focuses on unity and meet the KPI's of the team. Hardest part of the job is when your at the bottom of the teams performance. Enjoyable is to be a part of the top teams.

You are watched your whole shift and are required to meet unrealistic standards by the client, Apple. 

Supervisors make it worth your while to stick around for a little while. Big turnover of customer service officers. Even the supervisors get sick & tired of the turnover as they need to train again and again. Apple do not care at all about the turnover.

The position was an inbound only role for technical support. Rotating roster of 9am to 11pm or 9am to 12am AEDST to ensure 9am to 9pm coverage of all of Australia. Typical minimum wage pay with internal training increasing your salary. Limited advancement opportunities but was getting better towards when I left

All employee is friendly and respectful. all facilities is clean. The ambience is very peaceful. you can have idea about what is BPO, who they are? and what they are? in this company I grow and learn. I have many things I learned.
