Techmahindra is a Company which  wont takes care of their employees. There won't be minimum facilities in this company, Like Tea coffee water etc. Pantry will not be maintained cleanly. They wont even distribute a single sweet to employees even on independence day. Such a  cheapskate company. they are always behind earning money and robbing clients money but they never ever bother to take care of employees health. they either don,t give bonus nor hike the salary every year . even a high rating person wont get more than 10 % hike. such a stupid company people are working because they don't have any other options at all  else people will ran away from such a stupid company like TechMahindra

managing Infra & FMG requirements for Business Process Operations in African Continent (mainly Zambia, Malawi, Gabon, Congo DRC, Nigeria , Ghana). The role included identification & short listing of property to commercial negotiations and final acquisition of property, selection of vendors / contracting agencies , Space planning & allocation, budgeting & execution, project management and delivery as per agreed timelines. Was also responsible for Asset management, Security & safety of man & material, housekeeping services, Employee Transport, Engineering Services etc.

Good Company but middle management makes their own process & policies which will indeed make everyone frustrate. 

TechM is good at private clients where they serve better and earn better. Work Culture is good and excellent learning opportunities and many options to career growth.

There are a lot of internal politics where middle management makes use of it and gain... The sad news is that management never set it right and they ignore the associate level complaints or issues.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not a great Organosation to work with

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
work culture and work life balance is not so great

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not very supportive and even most of the time you will be asked to work post work hourd due to lack of planning and skilled resource gap

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of work which most days are hectic

Upper management was a joke. 2 to 3 days for them to get back to you from messaging and emails. Would not give contact phone number to HR or payroll. After numerous request for them to give HR and payroll my number to contact me they never did. The first interview was a zoom meeting with 3 other people from India and they never showed there faces on the camera. I do not recommend anyone to go for a job there. 

Day starts with division of work and different work related issues and ends resolved at end of the day.
Learned a lot about Corporate behavior and also enhanced in Technical Fields.
Management is helpful and always ready to guide you.
Good work environment comes with good co-workers and it is good here.
Resolving any incident on time considering the SLA.
Resolving any incident again will be the enjoyable part.

Tech M is a good company providing ample opportunity to their employee & good personal - professional life balance.

Only downside I feel with the company is that they are not providing salary as per market standard otherwise in other areas they are doing good like exploring different career path, onsite opportunities etc.

●	Good in coordinating, negotiating and motivating off-shore resources in support of timeline and IT project deliverable's.

●	Strong relationship building skills

●	Excel at communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects and initiatives. 

●	This is my first project so I learned everything at here only.
