None, not a good company to work, very bad practices.

Cons

They are not very nice people and they will keep pushing what they want and make your work life very unhappy
They don't pay you properly and make you sweat it out until the end and after leaving you have to keep running behind them every couple of days for your final payment, they are horrible
Management doesn't have enough experience in managing people
Will be set unrealistic goals that can't be achieved such as recruiting people into the company

Advice for management
Managers should learn kindness and build relationship with staff and set realistic goals.
Management style is too aggressive and pushy, not the right way.
Don't hold back staff members pay, when they leave the company, its not the right thing to do.

Work is about addressing client driven concerns, the company does not have its standards to stand with and is heavily dependent on client to drive key business areas.
The company provides lots of opportunity to learn in niche technologies.
Management is generally incompetent and ill-trained, many a times lacking even the basic communication skills - both written and oral.
Company is largely body-shop with least significance to train and nurture talent.
The hardest part of the job is to convince managers to say NO to client when it is required to.
Majority of the work is supporting established IT products.

Overweight, off-shore IT company, with very vanilla 'me-too' service offerings, nepotistic management structure, minimal delivery governance and very loose contractual obligation/  best practice standards compliance monitoring processes. Essentially surviving off the business of long-term captive BPO customers and the stronger global TATA brand name of the parent company.

> Learned to work as a team together, It was wonderful experience to work as a team sharing and learning about the knowledge every one have in their day to day learning.
> I was managing a team of 7 members ,assigning the work and follow up plan to make sure assigned work has been completed on time and delivered on time.
> Client satisfaction is one of the biggest thing we should make sure our deliveries are on time and client appreciated.
> The hardest part of the job is balancing the available time in completing the assigned tasks on time and error free.
> Enjoyable part of the job is working together as team by sharing and learning

As per my experience, I have learned many things in this company. All the project for me was from the scratch or high level transformation. I would recommend people to join this company and learn to work in the bigger projects. 

One thing would add here is that be very focused on the target what you wish to achieve and here do not rule the world on your terms, it will not only make you happy but also keep you progressing :)

It is a good place for the people who are looking to learn more and challenging place who likes to gain a grip on IT technology. TCS has an amazing brand value with well recognized customers. The company has high global exposure. An associate working here will experience flexible timings (depends on the project as well). The company encourages associate interests with the help of regular career plans. For a fresher, it is a very good company to start with.. The growth of learning is very high in the beginning.

TATA as a group is a very prestigious brand. It is a large conglomerate and there are ample opportunities to grow and learn. Very strong in training and development. Your work and the balance will depend on the client and the project you are joining. There is no scarcity of role or opportunity within the organization. Salaries are decent and depends on how much you can get at joining. Annual growth are average based on your performance and various other parameters

Adhoc meaningless meetings and squeeze you for the project progress instead of project quality. I don’t recommend anyone to work in TCS.
The manager without technical background keeps giving order to you and it can interrupt your work and mental health.
And they may force you to deliver low-quality work to meet manager’s progress report to client.

Pros - 
* Work life balance
* Job security.

Cons -
* Too much politics and favourtism.
* Nepotism - Only those with good contacts are given onsite opportunities, promotion, good projects etc.
* Not much career growth options for experienced associates. Only option available to them is people management.
* Compensation below market rates.

Lots of work is there with continuous pressure. You have to work on weekends as well. Even when you finish your full work and complete everything, managers will expect you to work till 7-8pm. They won't give you good bands and will constantly blackmail you to work extra hours or you will lose your job.
