In our multicultural training environment we find a wide variety of experience and education levels, so it becomes important that all participants engage and advance on their current level to meet the set expectations of the previously agreed outcome. 
Preparation and administration has a large impact in this challenging role, assuring a neutral delivery to all participants.
It is great to see former students to excel with their shared experience and sometimes comment back on it.

Stay away, do not work there. There is no support for honest, dedicated trainers who dare to complain about shonky non compliant trainers and their dodgy practices. 

I have found it hard to get work, even though I have done a lot of studying. When i apply for any job, it always comes back that I don't have enough experience. I won't have if on one will give me a chance. I am willing to learn every aspect of a job.

The management and staff are friendly and professional. The hardest part on my role is when a student does not turn up for thier exam. The most enjoyable is when I have finished my role for the day and the student has attmepted the examination.

Tafe is a great company to work for and offer you plenty of help in retraining or upskilling. Tafe is going through some changes that I am not very happy about, especially the fees which has mad it more about making money and not about educating our kids for the future.

i worked for tafe for 20 + years it as great during the late 80 and 90s
it then became very anti social and to money driven this as beining reflected in the students attitudes and performance tafe lost touch w ith the needs of the community hopefully this ill change

Excellent facilities and working conditions, Professional environment, Advanced systems and up to date professional development opportunities.

I volunteered during June - November 2012 it is only four days a year. Fun.
