What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexible start and end hours so you can start at 7 or at 10, as long as you have minimum 6 hours. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You never know if they'll "restructure" and have to let you go. Also influx of samples means 12 hour days, and they are really uncooperative about overtime. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fine, but you get bullies and greed

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in, check the samples and the tests required, fix any wrong tests, perform said tests while wrestling for space with other labmaes, lunch and 10 min break, record and submit data,  clock out.

learn new analysis skills, gain experience of commercial labs

limited chance for further career development

people are.helpful, but it is stressful and needs improvememt mamagement.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
working on analysing samples and equipment.

Terrible management that are incompetent and don't even know how to do the testing. Relied on Senior technicians them made them all redundant. Don't care for staff and work you to the bone. Managers pick favourites even though they say it is "fair". Only get career progression if someone leaves. High turn over. Don't get recognition for achievements. 
 Occasionally get invited to staff dinners. 

It was a joke to work in the company. Expecting new employee to learn everything within 2 days without proper training.  Laboratory manager is not responsible for the training. I have never company like this 

A company with no care for the employees. Work load is too much on limited staff. Repetitive work needs change of roles at least after one week on a role. Physical health of employees is hugely neglected.

Very fast-paced. Had to do a lot of overtime to finish off the day's samples. Then never got overtime pay, just was told to leave a bit early every day for 2-weeks, then I was made redundant.

I really enjoyed this role managing accounts until there was a sales team restructure. Gained good experience and exposure to many different clients and built fantastic relationships with external customers.

Worst place to work. Symbio does not follow work ethics and works on the basis of favouratism. I would suggest never to work in Symbio. Try fit in with culture.

the lab manager dont understand all the method at all and show off behaviour to the new staff and the paid is low , try to train quickly in a week and terminated staff if the lab manager wasnt like at all

A few bad eggs that ruins the job experience for a lot of good people in the company. A stressful environment not because of the work but because of poor leadership.
