Impossible work rates, targeted bullying, favouritism, incompetence, double standards, constant threats to your job, upper management are always "in the right".  They call you "team members" but it's every man for himself, pressure to do overtime or they cut your shifts, minimal skill rotation despite knowing it causes consistent ongoing fatigue and injuries with workers, dodging every law they can to be accountable for this.

Bottom line, work here if you want to be injured and miserable.

nepotism is the one word to some up this company. The staff turnover is so high they should look hard at themselves its more but we will go with 1000 over 8 years wow disgraceful, zero people skills is what the management team have toward well everyone except family and friends.

Good work inviroment lots of job areas to work in. Need to be able to work fast. Has a good pay rate , management are good to get along with, Has high. Security.Good job place for those who have ago.

You have certain sections watching you constantly by the video cameras. Bullied by management. Have to work every Saturday. Not work life balance. Feels like someone always watching you over your shoulder 

What they want you to do is just work, nothing else. The company doesn't care more about your health, if you got injured, they will send you home to rest for a while until you got the medical certificate from your doctor.

I have very good time with my colleagues .They helped me alot on my work. I have forklift experience and also operate high risk machines. I have picking and packing smokes experience .

Terrible management worker relations, unfriendly staff and very repetitive jobs, physically demanding but also physically rewarding, great for fitness

Very hard work with lots of favouritism towards some people. Not enough opportunities given by management to ups kill ourself. Many people get injured due to not rotating them properly.

It is quite a physical job but with good pay, working conditions, management, career development, and opportunity for overtime especially during December.

Very good organisation helping workers without any discrimination. Good work environment, above the award pay, opportunity for growth and career development
