I absolutely loved it there. All the workers are one big family. I wasn't judge, i felt safe working all the time and it was generally fun most days. Customers are very nice and understanding. you rarely see any problems besides food orders being incorrect or missing a few items.

No atmosphere what so ever, the  food is non appealing  for the price and just over all your worked into the ground with no appreciation what so ever. wouldn’t  EVEN APPLY I would not go back and will not recommend to anyone 

I worked here for 9 months and in my time here We were overworked and not at all appreciated. I got a promotion and was never given the pay rise or the opportunity to actually do that job. I was targeted by managers and it’s not just me. Most of the staff are trying to find other employment 

Working at Signatures Buffet was one of my favourite jobs to date due to the workers and flow of the environment. Be expectant to encounter all different types of customers but also rest assured that your surrounding workers + management will be there in full support. 

working for a club was fun but it had its had bits too, there were alot of rules and breaks not given properly, some managers had favourites which I thought wasn't fair

Terrible place not worth the pay for the work and poor hr and mangement. no benefits and massive staff turnover alone shows you how bad it is to work there.

could not fault them at all. it is an amazing place to work there are so many opportunities to grow and learn as a worker and individual and team members are awesome.

I am the clubs Photographer. I photograph all the events held in the Boronia room for the Football and Netball.
I also take action shots of all the football players from U6 right through to the Ron Massey Cup.

Other bar and floor staff are great and friendly, but some managers can be unsupportive. Pretty easy work for good pay if you want some extra money but be prepared for some negativity and micromanaging.  

Exciting club to work at. Friendly staff and customers. Always a blast coming into work and seeing familiar faces. The workplace culture is awesome and riveting.
