What is the best part of working at the company?
Meeting new people is always a bonus, however there isn't much of a "best part" that I can describe.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The pay, The management, The always updating to their liking policy's, the lies and the stress they put on you.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Bad. Everyone is underpaid by 85% and the company takes most of the money for themselves. It's a very stressful environment and no one gets a break. They don't listen to their employees and consider everyone a leaf from a tree, them being the tree and the workers being the leafs that are on the ground being kicked around.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stress, No sleep, No break, No consideration.

The time is sometimes too short to accomplish properly with all the tasks gaven for the company to the team.
I have learned to work as faster as posible with an highly atention to detail, it is indispensable.
Management is all right, however, the supervisors do not have the required communication skills to talk with the employees.
The job requires our individual job, we can not spend time to other members of the team.
It is to hard to do all the tasks in the exactly period of time gaven to everyone.
The most enjoyable part of the job is finish the shift and realise that every single place is completly clean and organised to start a new classes journey.

Only thing good is the on-site teem members

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having poor equipment and machinery never maintained and always broken or defected 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Environment is ok,  the culture of on-site team members is great

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Finding equipment you need, comprising your work due to machinery not functional,  can be stressful but satisfying when completing shift

It’s a good company to work with I enjoy working with them for near 9 years now and I’m still here working with them. It’s a fast past job and you have to remember everything that you have to do, team work, work as a group honestly best place to work to get to know the people you haven’t meet before.

I work at night shift, I learn about different Culture ,work etic, the hardest past is when I work in the building alone , seem creepy and scary learn, I work very hard , sometime over , heavy lifting .

I was thrown into the deep end when I started but it all sorted over time with others help.
To many smokers working there at once and stopping alot when supervisors not there....all left , now getting more work done.

The hardest part job as a cleaner was walking, sore legs. Enjoyable are meet new friends. Its hard for employees everytime got sick we need to secure medical cert and you need pay $80 for that or else the management will not pay your sick leaves.

Great company, as with any it’s not all green grass but the pros outweigh the cons. Part time contract and fortnightly salary always on time. Hugo got recommend. 

Don’t care about workers, no job security, no way to move up in the company. Underpay staff, not treated fairly. No explanation from management about what you’re doing wrong. No guidance or help when you’re doing something wrong
