Management and Supervisor lead by example and set high standards and expect the same in return, they trust their staff and rely on their professionalism.

Co workers get on well and like their jobs, I feel this contributes to why they are so loyal and reliable.

What can be hard is no matter how prepared and organised you are kitchens have a way of producing tension and pressure that is out of your control.  

It’s enjoyable working with staff to maintain standards when the tension and pressure is on. Being able to prove myself and perform at a high level when others say it’s too hard or it can’t be done.

Everday is a hard day. Never knowing if there will be a delayed flight. We only ever stay open untl the last flight out and usually the last flight out is at 21:35 and that, is when we close. But when a delay happens we must continue working until. 
I enjoy the workmanship when we have to band together and encourage each other to stay, even when we have already done a 9 hour shift. 
I learned that leadership and working together in hard times can be inspiring and fun.
Managing is the easy part of this job, staying sain in the busy and trying times is the most rewarding. you get to see who really steps up in their role.

management is really zero they dont want to move anywhere. they never ask employess hows the work culture . they dont respond to ur daily emails. if you do reporting like for ten emails them you got reply for one. They just like there osn favourites .Salary wise spotless is not good . Growth wise they even dont care . I worked for 3 years in spotless carrier wise its not good they will not help you with you develpment. I will not recommend to work in spotless.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When people don't come to work and you have to do your and someone else job in the same time not good when you are burnt out it's a lot of hard work 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not the best but it is what it is cleaning school is a lot of hard work 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
So day's are good and some not so good

Early starts, hard physical work. 
Fun and supportive co-workers, they join together as a family. They make you feel part of a team. 

At spotless, in Olympic Dam I learned good manual handling techniques and how to do physical, high demand work in a safe manner.

Busy 10 hour shifts, varied work, catering to permanent workers and contractors. Opportunities for advancement, learning new skills. Work included both independent tasks and tasks with other co workers as part of an efficient team. Food safety, Food handling and relevant documentation learnt on site. Satisfying, service based work.

the place was really very good at former managers, you will see the TEAMWORK the food was good and service was quite impressive,you will definitely enjoy the non pressure environment job because colleagues were helpful except the manager.

Coffee was a hit.(before)

on job training in injury management with support from regional management, support from area management incorporating training of staff in their certificate 3 in hospitality

Fast paced work environment with management focusing on positive communication and up-skilling employees.
Great work/life balance if working away from home.
Feeling included and being part of a team that is always encouraging.

Management do not deal with issues. Supervisors and management do not listen to anything the staff tell them. You are spoken down too by Management as if they are better then you. Would not recommend anybody to work for this company
