Work is great, the staff and co workers are very friendly and helpful, great working environment and atmosphere. I enjoy going into work each morning. The security is welcoming and the staff. The working hour are convenient 6-2.06pm with 15 mins morning tea and 40 min lunch. Typical Day, arrive to work, sign in and start off your day where you are appointed to by the floor manager in the warehouse, whether you will be making boxes and tray for display, adding stickers on dvds. making boxes, stripping of cardboard or using pallet Jacks to move large boxes around the warehouse. In what ever area you are posted to in the morning, its always busy and the work load is enjoyable and easy, the only stressful thing is trying to get things done by a specific time or by the end of the day or week, but the people are great and always smiling. The only thing thats hard is being on call, you don't know if you will be working the next day or the next week. and i have worked 2 weeks so far with Sony and i have not yet worked a full week, 4 days the first week and 3 the second, I've been told its quiet at the moment and so its hard for families who are looking to work full time but there is no work.

- Receiving, Dispatching, and Distributing, spare parts to all technicians in Sydney and other states (Melbourne, Queensland, Perth, Adelaide). 
- Input spare part details or data into the system. 

- Using the forklift to arrange spare parts and goods to the correct place. 

- I learned how to manage the time for multitasking jobs. 

- Management - there was too many people involved in making decisions and therefore, brought about too many different opinions

- Co-workers, good cooperation and fun. 

- The hardest part - having to make a decision to prioritise the job that is the most important when there are many jobs occurring at the same time

- After work, we went to have dinner together with co-workers to release stressed.

Team Bonding liasing with supervisor and low managment staff.
everyday duties Logistical work and data entry also envolves stacking and packing and despatch work to All of Australia.
The Hardest park was No Corperation with some staff members and supervisors it happens in big companys i have experinced this before i am very tolerent to this behaviour.The best parts of working at Sony Friendly atomspher sometimes we get to chose free CD Music And DVD's its was very rewarding.

Start 7am finish 3.06pm 
First job Waste water plant
then do any project work, order parts liase  with any contractor onsite if needed. Make sure spare parts store was up to date if low on parts reorder and restock. Clean and tidy up workshop for a clean safe working environment. Do OH&S duties ie inspections and try and help out if any Maintenance team had any concerns.
Most co- workers knew what to do in their positions, if they needed help I would give advice and or what ever help they needed.
Hardest part of the job Management.
Most enjoyable part, good working team of fitters and electricians always helped each other when needed

I loved working for Sony, it is far the best company I have ever worked for, I found the people awesome and to the managers, well most of them. There was always something going on, whether it was  the current promotion running or the perks we would receive, it was never a boring place to work, there was always opportunity to move into other areas and further your career.

I loved this job especially meeting new faces & teaching them what i have learnt which showed me how far & long ive come with the duties we had to do everyday. The workplace, managers, team leaders were very supportive & encouraging. I was promoted to work on my own machine do my own work which i learnt alot from. The worst part about this job was the long 12 hour shifts.

Would not suggest working there unless you're prepared to get in trouble because your feet hurt after working 12 hour shifts for 3 days.  You also cannot talk to team members, even if it is asking a question about working without the employers complaining

Working with Sony, you get to have first hand on new products that haven't yet launched. I've gained skills such as how to communicate with different businesses, as well as how to conduct market research through the use of different marketing research apps

good company to work for: learned the a to z of cleaning with the supervisor and the team members. the co-workers have always find the way to give advice when  needed.    As I was  working in a factory it was sometime difficult to work around people but we always find the way.

Sony is a great place to work if your willing to put in the hours. there are opportunities to work extra hours earning over time.
Sony ensures that breaks are taken and management are easy to talk to. Good job if you want to keep your daily steps up and you dont mind pick packing work, getting dirty and working shift.
