•	Performed Daily operational checks, monthly calibrations, and online checks for all bread samples.
•	Performed Internal audits like Glass Audit, Cleaning Audit, Bag Audit and documenting and follow-up.
•	Performed daily tasks like checking all CCP, GMP, QCP, cleaning and dispatch records and follow-up with missing actions. 
•	Daily GMP and follow-up with actions.
•	Raising internal CAR and NCR to suppliers and follow-up with correc-tive and preventive actions.
•	Prepared necessary sign boards in the site.
•	Performed product quality testing like Sensory testing, Validation and Verification, metal detection, Core Temperature.
•	Training staff on CCP, QCP, SOP and maintenance of training regis-ter.
•	Creating Approved Supplier lists for all products, requesting HACCP certifications for supplier and process.
•	Prepared and assisted for audits.

No 2 days are the same, it was a very fast paced environment, i wold be on the phone to customers, logistics, suppliers all at the same time while action emails and managing a team.

I learnt how to prioritise my work load daily also learnt SAP and this role taught me to thrive under pressure.

My management style is I'm firm but fair, if my staff do a good job and go above and beyond for me I will reward them.

I got on with my co-workers in my team the was real camaraderie which I built from scratch.

The hardest pat of this role was the work life balance 13 hour days weekend work to catch up on work from the week.

Best thing about the role was the new set of skills i learnt.

Regarding the excelent service Sonoma Family always boost, during the day is always important to look after the costumer´s order. Always smiling and active, there is always something to do. Chores like pulishing the cutlery, reseting tables, cleaning, working at the dishwasher, running dishes and coffees and  being part of the retail are done by all of the staff in Sonoma bakery. Pushing for sales, and always reminding the costumer the excelent pastries and bread made with artesan techniques. 

In this place i have learn not only how to bring a good service, but also to learn fast and the ability to work under presure.

Hard, but steady 9 hour days. The job required a lot from it's workers, but mostly because we worked from 2-11 daily, not including regular, unscheduled overtime.

Management was a bit unprepared in most situations, but always had good intentions. The hardest part of the job were the hours, but the employees were all very hardworking and up for any challenge, which made for a good working environment.

Good pay but not good management or working conditions. 
You can never do enough for this company and they are never apreciative.
Always short staff and extra pressure without proper training.  
In a fourteen hour shift, if you take one hour break they question you.

As I came this far with my careers and all the experience i can now say that all these things have made a great difference in my life and much more. I am willing to go further with indeed Australia and Sonoma baking company which would lead me to the great destination

The small chain had a great amount of training and morals for great service allowing the staff to truly grow in a fast paced, professional environment

I managed my time as I needed. but also was willing to stay back if needed. management was ok but could be improved. had some suggestions but was not heard unless I got some things done myself

A typical day at work goes very well except some of the tasks. I have gained Australian workplace experience. The hardest part of the job is  to pack the runs and I would say that is the most enjoyable part as well.

they look for who has worked longer for the career advancement.good team ,minimal pay scale ,no overtime and weekend loading .you need to have a good negotiation of salary .very quality oriented and high volume production.
