My typical day can vary greatly from one day to the next. The nature of my job means that tasks will often arise throughout the day which require urgent action. I must fit these tasks in whilst not neglecting my regular upkeep of reports and other daily or weekly tasks. I am constantly interrupted by other team members or external guests but am gracious and positive, even if I am extremely busy.
I am regularly learning new skills and ways of increasing efficiency in my role. The most enjoyable part of my job is the variety and my interaction with my colleagues. The hardest part is that the incredible growth of the business in the last 12 months has resulted in increased pressure on every person on site, so at times morale can be low. I try to find ways to contribute towards the lifting of spirits of my team mates even when stress levels are high.
Management at my site work extremely hard and are learning along with the rest of us through this period of change. They may not always get things right but their passion for what they do is to be commended, and their hearts are for the people of our business.

Even if you don't have experience there is plenty of training opportunities available for people who are willing to learn and move forward in their career, but the environment is just toxic, there is alot of gossip, problems that are not addressed and just simply ignored, some people are untouchable. Supervisors choose people before they advertise for available opportunities, you get payed differently than others for the same job. The money is good plenty of overtime every week but not worth it when you lose interest in going to work doing what you will deal with.

Working at Snack brands was awesome for me. I mean, the hours were great, the work load was fair, and people around you were very helpful too. Some were a bit off but, sometimes you need to be a but rough cos the line is running and there is no time to waste, so I understand. The only thing I didn't like was on my first day, nobody really went through the packing process with me, they kind of just chucked me in there and learnt along the way. But it was good because I learnt the fast paced and just how to be more focused in work. And there was great team work so that was good.  If i was allowed to, I would definitely go back.

Day by day I enjoyed and love working with my team mate they're fantastic.
Management are great. They are all down to Earth, you wont fell that you're a subordinate they treat you like one of them.
the reason why I'm searching a new job because I want to explore and learn more things outside. I've been working in this well established company for almost 5 years.
The hardest part of my job is the shift hour because I work 12 hour a day (3:00 am - 3:00 pm) . I'm looking for a job which has a normal hour between 6:00 am -6:00 pm.

Fast paced work with no direction. No training provided expected to know & pick up pace as soon as you start. Supervisors are friendly & there to help but conveyor is non stop if you can't keep up your pretty much done. Good pay 12hr shifts so exhausting work, 3 day roster only for those who can keep up otherwise on call. Weekend work as well at wknd rate although only favourites are called in for that.

A day at work involves the opportunity to learn how a potato in  its raw form can be transformed into different flavoured chips.

The process will start by washing the potato then, putting them through the slicer, baking  and flavouring the clips and finally bagging them.

A day at work will see me working at multiple work stations preforming one of the above mentioned activities.

If your a casual got treated like nobody, good place to work.Lacks proper training and bad communication skills.Few good workers that actually take time to train help, literally expected you to be a physic know what to do, lucky had experience dealing with jobs or be buggered.

great if your just looking for a job but no chance for advancement. perfect for spmeone who wants to be a robot and doesnt want anything more for themselves. do the bare minimum enough to keep your job type of place.

Team work. fun working at snackbrads .relexed nd friendly staff and management.clean neat nd tidy warehouse.toliets are clean nd nice kitchen area with nice place to sit and have a break.enjoying my work.

No notice with shifts.co workers are not friendly. Full timers treat casuals not very pleasant.i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.fulltimers sit around while casuals do all the work even though they get double the breakd
